Premier inn Bournemouth East Cliff
The hotel at Bournemouth East cliff was very nice the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and all the staff were pleasant. We had no issues with the hotel until my daughter left her id card and bus pass behind. I thought no problem I'll just call the hotel it took 4 days about 75 unanswered calls and the only reason anything happened was because I went on X formerly twitter. I tried calling customer but there is no number. Long story short I still havent spoken to a human being but they have been replying by email. We provided a SAE first class and we are still waiting for the pass. The phone did not ring once when we were there so I imagine they disconnected it. Its really poor customer service. We have another 2 hotels booked and if this should happen again they will be the last that we book. It may seem like a minor issue but surely someone should answer a phone at some point.
