Premier inn Bournemouth East Cliff

The hotel at Bournemouth East cliff was very nice the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and all the staff were pleasant. We had no issues with the hotel until my daughter left her id card and bus pass behind. I thought no problem I'll just call the hotel it took 4 days about 75 unanswered calls and the only reason anything happened was because I went on X formerly twitter. I tried calling customer but there is no number. Long story short I still havent spoken to a human being but they have been replying by email. We provided a SAE first class and we are still waiting for the pass. The phone did not ring once when we were there so I imagine they disconnected it. Its really poor customer service. We have another 2 hotels booked and if this should happen again they will be the last that we book. It may seem like a minor issue but surely someone should answer a phone at some point.

I have been a customer for many years…

I have been a customer for many years and have yet to have a problem. The places they advertise are as described and. I woud highly recommed Classic Cottages. The staff are really helpful and very swift at responding to calls and emails. We are using them again for our break in December 2025. WE have had some fabulous holidays thanks to Classic Cottages and hope to have many more.

Review of Equinox Maintenance

Wonderful service

We had someone from Equinox come along to fix our TV. He literally took the TV apart on our kitchen table explained what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Then he helped us put the TV back on the wall reset it re tuned all the channels and left. Our TV is like new. Brilliant service,very nice engineer and frankly I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before hand. The communication was really good too. We are really happy.

Great,very quick service.

I cannot praise this conversion service enough. It took a week to be done I knew at all times what stage it was at. I am beyond impressed and I will be arranging for more tapes to be done. It's not often I come across something that is so user friendly. They even collected my package. This is an amazing service. I've watched a video I haven't seen for 30 years. Great quality too. I highly recommend these people. The communication was really good. Thanks I will definitely use them again

I love Touchnote. Their customer service is brilliant. If for whatever reason a card doesn't arrive they send it out again. I have used them for years. I highly recommend them

Great service and my garden is amazing.

What a fantastic service. The lawn was laid so quickly and they cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend these people. My garden is beautiful now. The communication was great and the staff were very pleasant. I am delighted

My missing coat

I ordered a coat in the sales and paid for express delivery. Monday I got an email stating the courier tried to deliver and no one was in. I received the email while still being in the house and we have ring door bell so we could prove they had not tried to deliver. I contacted customer services at Mountain warehouse and within 24 hours I had my coat my refund for the postage and an apology from Melvin Onochie. I am very impressed with the customer service and my jacket is good too. Mountain warehouse should think about changing the courier because even though I am not going to name them people will know who they are and will agree. I was not expecting a full refund of the delivery as it was delivered but I was impressed with the speed their actions

New lenses & good customer service

My lenses were very scratched and one of my frames was broken. Maruf at Hammersmith sorted everything out and I now have 2 good pairs of glasses again which is just as well as I'm not due an eye test for another year. My lenses are very expensive and Maruf tried to help lower the price and did what he could and that makes a huge difference. I can't thank him enough. All the staff are nice buy Maruf always remembers my name and the football team I support sounds silly but I see that as good customer service. We are very lucky to have such a modern branch of Specsavers that is covid safe too
