My missing coat

I ordered a coat in the sales and paid for express delivery. Monday I got an email stating the courier tried to deliver and no one was in. I received the email while still being in the house and we have ring door bell so we could prove they had not tried to deliver. I contacted customer services at Mountain warehouse and within 24 hours I had my coat my refund for the postage and an apology from Melvin Onochie. I am very impressed with the customer service and my jacket is good too. Mountain warehouse should think about changing the courier because even though I am not going to name them people will know who they are and will agree. I was not expecting a full refund of the delivery as it was delivered but I was impressed with the speed their actions
