It is advertised as a 48 hrs delivery. I paid for a service on 23rd July to be picked up on 24th July, it wasn't picked up until 25th July, it is now 31st July and my customer still hasn't received the item , they have paid for it 😕 NOT HAPPY

I have an account with them and I contacted credit control to try and sort out a payment plan , the lady wasn't interested in what I had to say she was adamant that it was her way or legal team way , so I had to go legal team way . Very very disappointed, especially when the Chichester depot team are very helpful.

Delivered to wrong address, miti tower wasn't picked up on the day stated, and because I wasn't on site when they came to pick it up , I got charged for a "wasted journey ". Miti tower was in plain view and ready to be picked up . Will not be using again and will not recommend.
