THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE


Firstly, they are deleting all their reviews so people don't know how much of a scam these people are!!
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company on 11th July which from their website said would arrive in 7-10 days but was not received until 24th July. Also I never receieved a confirmation email of my purchase. When I asked for it, they just sent me an email with my tracking number. Also their office address on the website is in the Netherlands so I thought they would be a good respectable brand but the shoes from the tracking show they came from China, now what I wanted. They were packaged poorly, not even in a shoe box. I opened them and found they were far too small, definitely not a UK Size 5 as advertised. I contacted them the same day I received them to ask for a return label as their website says Hassle Free returns within 14 days for EU consumers. Their first email said they would provide a returns label once I prove they are unworn with original tags which I did. Their next email said their EU returns centre was closed so all returns had to go to Asia and it was expensive so offered me a 10% refund and I can keep the shoes. I declined as the shoes don't fit and are from China so I don't want them. Their next email came back with a 20% refund. I have given them a final chance to offer me a full refund before I do a charge back on my bank but do NOT use this company if you want quality items and value your money!!
27.07 Update - They have said their final offer is 30% refund even though their website says hassle free returns. I will be seeking legal advice and getting a chargeback.

28.07 Update - I have received a chargeback from my bank and have reported them to UK Trading Standards Service, Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (because of the address provided on the website) and Public Security Bureau and Administration for Industry and Commerce in China as that is where the shipping has come from. I have also taken legal advise and will pursue further to get them shut down to stop more people being scammed. Also they offered me 40% refund today xD

Can't speak to a human being!

Can't speak to a human being!! I have an issue with an item i have sent, it says I haven't sent it and yet I call and use their stupid chat bot but with no option to speak to a real person and the stupid chat bot keeps telling me to contact the sender. I am the goddamn sender!!!

I have already tried to call and send a stupid message but there is no option to leave a mesasge!!

Service is quick - quotes offered are inaccurate

Whilst the service is quick to sell a faulty phone, the quote they give online is completely inaccurate. I marked the phone as faulty and their website states "Physical damage to the screen or housing including damaged pixels, pressure marks, discolouration, or cracks". This is what I selected for LCD pixel damage to my phone and they quoted up to £356.25 upon review of the phone. Well upon receiving the phone they have now quoted £95 which is a significant reduction in price. If the rate can vary so much, they should allow more accurate descriptions of the condition of the phone to provide at least a more accurate quotation. Being offered £350 to only being given £95 is a significant drop in price. I won't use this service again for a faulty phone due to huge variation in quotes.

Once we receive the device, we then test and inspect it and based on the number and severity of faults found, we issue a revised offer. Scam company takes extra payments

They take extra charges without being clear! I am not one to just sign up to anything and I read everything very thoroughly. I signed up to their 12 week plan at roughly £25, but once I had completed the sign up, they took a further £59.99 from my account for "coaching". I never asked for coaching nor do I want it. Within minutes I immediately contacted them stating I did not know what this extra £59.99 charge was for and I wanted it refunded. They have so far refused to refund me for the service I did not want or ask for. As a new customer, I will never use them again if they're already treating me like this and taking money I did not authorise. A SCAM company for sure.

The customer service is awful and delivery is expensive and doesn't arrive on time

The customer service is awful. I've had my nanoleaf shapes for 2 years however they just stopped working for no reason about 3-4 weeks ago. I went through a bunch of troubleshoot processes I found online and still couldn't get it to work. After reading many forums, it seems the common issue was the controller no longer working (which makes sense in my case) and people recommended to contact nanoleaf to get a replacement free of charge.
I contacted nanoleaf on 7th Jan explaining my issue. I finally got a response on 16th Jan telling me to go through all the basic troubleshooting again.. So I did it all again (after waiting a week for a reply) and if course it didn't work. So I responded on 16th Jan advising this didn't fix the issue and re-explained the issue I was having. Well we are now on the 23rd Jan and I have still not received any response..
So as I wanted a controller quickly due to my husbands job, I purchased a new replacement controller via their website (for a staggering £35..) and then paid a further £8 for DPD 2 day delivery.. This was on 19th Jan and here we are 4 days later without even an inkling that the item has been shipped. For £8 delivery I would expect my item to be next day considering the item is very small and can fit through the letterbox. I am unsure what the hold-up is.
So once the next thing goes wrong with the nanoleaf shapes (which I'm sure won't be long as I've had no end of issues with them) they will be binned and I will buy a better product elsewhere as Nanoleaf seem to be cheaply made and their customer service is non-existent.

The Worst Customer Service

I have been trying to get hold of P&O for 3 days now. I've been on hold for a total of about 10 hours across those three days and also received no response via Facebook or X. I have called 11 times today already, I was on hold for 2 hours then got cut off and now they've closed their phone-lines because their wait times are too long. Trying to contact P&O for anything is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Absoloutely shocking. If they know they're this busy, hire more staff, they earn enough money to do it!!!

Awful Customer Service

I purchased a Gents Executive Watch for my husband. After giving it to him, we noticed a chip in the glass of the watch face, but on the underneath (so no damage we could have caused) so I am contacting them to check about the warranty as the watch was only purchased a few weeks ago. I have tried contacting them via live chat but I can't even get through to an agent because my order number is wrong, yet that is what I was given on my emails. So I have been emailing them which is a dreadfully slow process. They also claim that my order number is incorrect even after sending them two screenshots of my email showing that as the order number.. So I'm currently in a position where I have a damaged watch and they appear not even to take acknowledgement that they sold me the watch.

Great Rates Finance & No Pushy Sales

I came across Forza Finance when I was in the market for a new PCP car loan. Their rates were the best on the market that I came across. The forms and documents were quick and easy to complete. Everything was done via text (for me anyway) and there was no pushy calls or sales tactics like almost every other finance company out there. They dealt with the dealer directly so there was no middle-man meaning the process was super quick. I applied very late Friday night and everything was sorted by the Monday and I picked up my new car on Tuesday. I've never dealt with a finance company so quickly!
Dom who I mostly dealt with kept me up to date every step of the way and advised me of exactly what was happening and what he was waiting for from the dealer.
Upon completing of the finance and payment to the dealer Leigh kindly asked for proof of collection with a selfie of myself and the car which was fine and now everything is sorted. In the space of 4-5 days (only 3 were official working days), I went from no finance or car to finance and a new car!
I will 100% recommend again!

Ordered what I thought was a brand new fleece but when it arrived it was covered in hair and had an empty chocolate bar wrapper in the pocket. Not at all impressed. I will be expecting a full refund including postage as this is totally unacceptable.

Smart Meter Reading Installation

**UPDATE** I have reduced the stars from 2 to 1 because the engineer told me it would be instant and the gas and electric will show. It didn't so I contact customer service to be told it was actually 24 hours to show. Still not showing so then I contacted Eon again to be told it's actually 72 hours to show. Which I'm sure it won't show in 72 hours. It's just an absolutely bunch of lies because no-one can be bothered to take responsibility for this issue.


I received a call from Eon to book in a smart meter reading which was fine. I didn't have a problem given manual readings but it seemed like a good idea.
John (the engineer) arrived today and did what he needed to and he was absolutely fantastic. I can't fault him as he explained everything and it all seemed fine. However 4 hours on and the stupid smart meter doesn't even work.. its not updating and only showing my gas and not electric when it's my electric I care more about. If they're going to push this service, they at least need to make sure the equipment works! The 2 stars is purely for John's work.

This is the desk you didn't know you needed in your life!

I purchased 2 of these desks (180x80) for myself and my husband and it has been the most painless experience I think I've have the pleasure of going through when purchasing an item online. They are very well packed to ensure they arrive without any damage.
The desks arrived on the 2nd working day (ordered Thursday at 11pm and arrived on Monday 10am) so delivery was extremely fast and painless. Assembly was pretty straight forward, as a short woman I was able to assemble both desks on my own in about 4 hours (including dismantling an old desk) so I would say assembly was pain free and instructions were extremely clear (I would advise using an electric screwdriver as I only had a manual one and had to put a lot of elbow grease in for some of the screws but it is do-able).
The mechanism is so quiet and works immediately, there is no 2-5 seconds buffer whilst the motor kicks in, it is seamless and fluid movement. As we have the 180cm desk, we did have concerns that it wouldn't be sturdy as it's so big but this desk is so sturdy, even when raised, there is no moving or wobbling when typing, it's just perfectly still.
The communication I received from Elaine at Ergo was also impeccable! I got an email the next day after my purchase to pick a delivery date and on the day we communicated and responses were instant. Many companies could learn a lot from Ergo about customer service as the service I received was top level.
The quality of the desks seem so good, they're very sturdy and solid compared to my old desk (which was chipboard) and it looks really stylish.
I really have no complaints and if you're thinking of getting a standing/sitting desk, Ergodesks is really the place to go! I will definitely recommend and buy again if I am in the market again.

Used to be great

This service used to be great a couple of years ago. We have a large breed dog and we're given sturdy toys to reflect this. The past year we've had standard stuffed toys that last all of 10 minutes. They no longer provide a sturdy toy/Teddy like they used to. Also the price has nearly doubled since joining in 2020 from £18 to £30 a month now. I appreciate everything has increase but to increase by nearly double, I no longer find it value for money. The last reason I only rated 3 stars is I paid £40 for the dog advent calender and to say I am disappointed is a complete understatement.. every single box except 23 and 24 is the same small bag of bone treats. There is absolutely no variety at all and the two toys are so small we won't even be able to give it to our dog as its too small for her to do anything with. To get a small bag of the same treats for 22 days in a row for £40 is a complete cop out and a waste of money. After the increase and realising how rubbish thr advent calendar is, I have cancelled my subscription and won't return until I see it return to its former glory.

Great products for plantar fasciitis

I recently found out I have plantar fasciitis and was recommended by my doctor to get some insoles and special footwear. I came across this site and found a whole range of goods specifically for this issue. I purchased insoles, slippers and compression socks and I have already noticed a huge difference in the pain in my foot. I've only had the products for around a week but they appear very well made and should hopefully last a long time. Shipping was very quick too!

Left on the side of a dangerous road with a dog for over 4 hours!

I have covered my car with RescueMyCar for many years due to the great prices they offer but now that I have had to use the service, I can see why it's so cheap. Today my tire burst from a pot hole at 2:30pm, I rang RescueMyCar who confirmed a cost of £110 for recover (I did not realise my policy had expired 2 weeks earlier so was not covered), so I thought this was a fair price. I also told them I had a dog with me and we were very vulnerable as the tire blew on a completely unsafe road. They told me that they do not deal with the recovery in house and it's contracted out to multiple companies. After about an hour on the phone getting the recovery sorted, we shortly received a text from the recovery company saying they will be arriving at 4:50pm to recover us. I am aware recovery can be slow so I accepted the 2.5 hour wait.. So I contacted the closest Kwik Fit to get the car booked in for the tyre replacement as I thought I would arrive before closing time at 6pm so I could drive my vehicle home the same day. Well 4:50pm came and went... I rang RescueMyCar and they said there is nothing they can do and they can't help.. So I rang the recovery company and they said they have been delayed by 45 minutes which means we would not be recovered in time to get the vehicle repaired that day. This was a huge problem as we did not breakdown local to where we live and as we had the dog with us, it would be very difficult to get home via taxi or train or get a place to stay locally for the night. Well another hour passed and we had still not been recovered so we called again to be told they will be another 20 minutes. Well another 40 minutes went by and we called again and were told another 20 minutes. A total of 4 hours and 20 minutes later, the recover vehicle finally arrived, a whole 2 hours later then we were told. Because the recovery chosen by RescueMyCar was so late, we could not get the car fixed by KwikFit and therefore had to fork out an extortionate amount of money to get the wheel replaced by a 24/7 mobile service. I would say this company is totally unreliable with their service, we were in a dangerous situation with a dog at the side of an extremely busy road and to be left there for over 4 hours, not being able to sit in the vehicle due to the location so just being stood outside is extremely poor. To make things worse, when the recovery truck arrived, they said they could not bring the dog as they were not notified that we had a dog, yet the RescueMyCar operator was told on numerous occasions that we had a dog. We had to beg the recovery driver to bring our dog because obviously we were not just going to leave her behind, luckily, he was very kind and after some persuading we could bring her but that was so much extra stress when we had already informed them so many times about the dog. I have a renewal due with them on 4th Feb 23 but will be cancelling as you really get what you pay for. In total, we broke down at 2:30pm this afternoon and did not get home until 9pm. It should not take 7.5 hours to recover and repair a tyre which is such a common breakdown issue. Safe to say I will never be using their service again.
