I have always purchased overpriced glasses from places like Specsavers etc and I just hated how much the nice ones cost just so I can see. I was in need of some new glasses and really didn't want to pay through the nose so I decided to buy online. Glasses Direct had the best prices for the designs that I wanted. I was only looking for 1 pair but they were buy 1 get 1 free so I ended up getting 2 which was fantastic! You could make all the changes you would need to include anti-scratch etc. The website said up to 2 weeks for delivery which I was fine with but they arrived within a week and are great quality. I am so happy with them and I will definitely order here again in the future.

I paid for delivery from the UK to Washington, USA. Collection was within an hour of booking online, and it got to the property in Washington within 48 hours. That was far quicker than I expected and it arrived in really good condition.

I ordered a motherboard which when I opened, I realised it was not compatible with my i7 processor due to the shape. I had only taken the motherboard out of the box but was still in its protective packaging and noticed the incorrect sizing. I returned it securely with all original packaging only for it to be sent back to me saying it was broken which is rubbish. I had never even removed it from the plastic packaging so there is no way I could have damaged it. I have tried to contact them asking how they believe this is my fault and what exactly is broken. That's £400 down the drain as they refuse to respond to me. I will never buy or recommend eBuyer ever again.

The ladies were extremely helpful in helping us choose wedding fragrance for myself and my partner. We were allowed to test various bottles so we could be sure we were happy with the scent and found two matching sets. We were also provided a goody-bag of various testers which was lovely.

These bottles are life changers! I have had hot coffee all day in this bottle rolling around in my bag and not a single drop has leaked. I've had coffee in there for 8 hours and it's still piping hot! It works just as fantastic for cold drinks, staying as fresh as if it just came out of the fridge. I ended up buying my husband and my best friend a bottle as they are just fantastic!

Have had to use autoglass twice in the past year as I very unfortunately had to get my windscreen replaced twice. The service has been exceptional both times, being able to choose a date, time and location that suits me was great and communication was on point.

This is the 3rd PC I've ordered from Pc Specialist so far and I always receive excellent service and great products. Never had a problem with the items I received and they'll all worked without any problems. Would love for PC Specialist to have a "buy back" option for older PC's as now struggling to get rid of an old PC i purchased from them following an upgrade.
