Sold a product with fake specifications…
On manual has different specs to one on their website,
saying that it supported more weight than it actually did (as according to actual manufacturer), yet they did not do anything about it after contacting them.
After ignoring my questions that I asked several times they "assumed" it was resolved, when in fact I gave up. Wow amazing service

No other good options. Normally broken machines out of service for several weeks. toilets usually stink and showers are filthy. Only one bench. expensive prices. Some equipment like flat bar attachments are broken and not lubricated so feels very bad to use. The cleaner vacuums during peak hours making it very inconvenient when he's vacuuming close around peoples feet its almost hilarious as everyone has to shuffle around (consistently). Also for example there was notices the gym will be closed during a certain time but this was not communicated on the app or online so people who physically seen the notice poster in the gym will know. Poor.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. After having it a few months, I had to replace back inner tube, as it came to me flat. The scooter also creaks (where the joint to make it fold) and theres is not many good places to put a lock through, also from the manufacture the brake pads were not calibrated properly as the outerside of the pad was too far leading to poor unsafe braking.

I have an order (H02V3A0042418262), I live in a communal block, out of nowhere get an email saying that the £100+ worth of goods have been delivered, good thing i'm home right?
I open the door, nothing, no call even for the delivery driver to even access my floor as he would need to call my flat, no PROOF OF PICTURE that the parcel was ever there and they couldn't bother to knock??? I was home the whole day!!
Update: Got a call from a customer service representative and got the parcel situation sorted (few days after making a ticket using their bot)
