Some incompetent staff
I have an order (H02V3A0042418262), I live in a communal block, out of nowhere get an email saying that the £100+ worth of goods have been delivered, good thing i'm home right?

I open the door, nothing, no call even for the delivery driver to even access my floor as he would need to call my flat, no PROOF OF PICTURE that the parcel was ever there and they couldn't bother to knock??? I was home the whole day!!

Update: Got a call from a customer service representative and got the parcel situation sorted (few days after making a ticket using their bot)
