Ordered a pair of Arya Stealth… Worst shopping experience I have ever had

Ordered a pair of Arya Stealth headphones, and received a pair of significantly cheaper and worse model Sundaras. They acknowledged the error, and refused to supply a prepaid shipping label to return the Sundaras before shipping me the Aryas I had ordered.

They said it's not possible to send a prepaid shipping label despite me telling them they Amazon do it all the time and that it is completely possible. They're just being deliberately obstructive.

I sent them a picture of my FedEx packaging slip which clearly shows the packaging dimensions and weight of the product along with their origin address. Again, they said refused.

I said I shouldn't have to bear the risk or inconvenience. I told them they can prepay a shipping label using our national post office, and they refused. All they did was say it wasn't possible. Completely tone deaf.

I paid for a product in good faith that I'd receive the product I paid for. Their remedy was to offer me the difference of US$342 and for me to keep the inferior headphones I didn't want. I refused. So not only are they holding my money as ransom - they're asking me to pay for MORE money for return shipping with the hope that they'd reimburse me later.

They asked me to declare a low value of US$15, which is so hypocritical as they don't declare lower value when they ship the goods. Double standards. Plus the return address they supplied me didn't even include a street name or suburb or postcode. So I had to google it, in order to fill out the shipping label properly. How are these cowboys operating?

Awful company with zero customer service.

Poor customer service.

Shortly after ordering, I noticed a deal they were running that offered a discount on an amp when ordering the headphones I had just purchased (but not yet despatched). I contacted support asking to either cancel my order or offer me somewhere near the equivalent discount on the amp. After several emails where they seemed to barely read what I was saying, they ultimately refused and only offered a discount that would end up costing $70 more than if I had ordered the bundle.

So now I am left in a situation where I have to return the headphones and re-order the bundle, wasting both our time and money for no good reason.

I'm sure the headphones will sound great, but for now they sit in the box while I decide whether to just return them or return them and re-order the bundle.
