NEARLY OUT OF DATE MEDICATIONS

Not impressed as a first time buyer - prescription ordered by my mother and paid for by myself her daughter and were sent with very short dates and by the time the course is finished it will be 6 months out of date. My mother has sent 3 emails and no response so far. Gone onto Facebook and lots of negative reviews. Date of experience is the date received. I will call trading standards and my bank to lodge a formal complaint if not dealt with today and will also let my vet know about your company. This is a SCAM company - check their Facebook - reported to my bank

Indent left on my forehead from wrinkle reducer

I bought the trinity with wrinkle attachment some years ago after a nightmare interaction with CurrentBody where I purchased. The wrinkle attachment arrived cracked. I then went on to use a led mask so never used it. It had been safely stored so thought I'd try again after seeing all their ads online and remembered it. After 2 uses it left a huge ident in my forehead which was not there before use and despite having ipixel laser and micro needling it's still there. Current body are taking zero responsibility and in fact told me to use conductor gel which is incorrect & why would I even use it again? I'm so distraught about this.

Lied about free gift / tactic to lure in customers

I placed an order after I saw download app and spend over x amount to get a free gift. These were for items I don't need yet so was in no rush to buy but only did for this reason. There was already bad communication and delays to my order with everything arriving just tossed loosely into a box with no care but no free gift. It was added on a O onto my order and then somehow from their side it was not ordered. Really impressed as I used to be a regular customer years ago but I will not shop with them again. Customer service is the only aspect of a shopping experience that would make me stay. Complete liars and returning my order to buy elsewhere for when needed.

UPDATE

After numerous messages telling me that no such gift was attached to my account and that what I said wasn't true. You now said you had 'run out' however are still not fulfilling it. If you go on their Instagram they have nothing but negative reviews. Liars and scammers and I won't accept being cheated by another scam company.

Following their reply below they admitted that there was a free gift but still not received it and all my emails being ignored. I've seen other complaints on Instagram that they're doing the same to others. Is this not fraud / fake and misleading information to lure people in? They said they ran out ? With likely millions of products they ran out? Such lies

Customer service nearly caused fatal skin injury

After making a enquiry about why their nuface wrinkle attachment left a significant indent on my forehead after one use via Instagram and email, I spoke to one unhelpful person after another and was then told numerous times by Leah to use conductive gel which seemed absurd as it's LED light therapy. If I had been stupid I might have done it. I sent them screenshots and links of the YouTube videos, and various other online information stating it goes on clean dry skin. There was no confusion as I also entitled the exact name of the device and included pictures but no they still insisted I use conductive gel for that wrinkle attachment..Again this is not only incorrect but incredibly dangerous. After another set of proof I sent, I then received a message saying that I was in actual fact correct and not to use it. Absolutely unbelievable, and these so called customer service people should be struck off and I shall be reporting them for negligence because they could have caused serious injury, however days and days of going round in circles they still did not even address the issue. When I bought the product years ago dealing with them was a nightmare anyway, the attachment arrived scratched, half the order was missing. I've got so many emails back and forth it felt stressful reliving it! I didn't use the attachment when I first got it, or the replacement which developed a crack as I bought a salon led mask instead but came across them recently as was interested in some of their products having forgot the ordering debacle, and having forgot about all the issues and the nuface, I took out the attachment to use which then caused the indentation. I was not given any help, apart from them defending themselves and then giving me dangerous misinformation. I shudder to think what damage would've been done to my skin if I followed their wrong advice. I'm glad I stuck to my evidence of online research even from the manufacturers themselves! I was going to purchase their new mask and helmet but judging from other negatives reviews and my own experience past and present, I won't do that now. Update since this review. All messages being ignored, notably by Leah. Screenshots taken and saved. Abhorrent company.

To note I never asked for a refund. My communication saved and screenshot as proof. I stated that I never used the product and only started using properly now because I bought an LED mask from another company in 2017. I tried it recently after remembering it and seeing their ads pop up constantly and it left a significant indent in my forehead and I emailed them asking why. Passed from unhelpful person to unhelpful person who then kept telling me to use conducting gel which is absolutely incorrect. Despite me sending them screenshots & nuface info they were happy for me to put myself in more danger of further damage. Dealing with these people is so stressful. Then at the end telling me to contact Nu Face? Well they have mostly negative reviews. Talk about passing the buck. Offered me a 25 pound voucher too which was never sent. Terrible company & liars

Also for Ruth. I did not buy the ele head, I initially bought this package but the wrinkle reducer arrived cracked and I sent it back. I was sent a replacement which did not include the ele. All emails saved.

I can see that the order was placed in 2017 for a NuFACE bundle which included the NuFACE Trinity Wrinkle Reducer Head and the Trinity ELE head.

Having checked the recent correspondence you have had with the Customer service team on Social Media I believe there was some confusion regarding the attachment you were referring to.

It is correct that you would use the LED head on clean dry skin. However if this was used with the conductive gel it would not cause any damage to your skin.

As the device was purchased 7 years ago this is no longer within warranty. I will reach out to you privately to discuss this further.

Absolutely amazing service and gorgeous plants

Absolutely amazing service, I've never ordered a plant before and was worried it would arrive squished or not in great condition, but the plants came in an amazing large box and so securely in place with these amazing little warmer pads which I assume keeps the plants healthy. The plants were in perfect condition and stunning. My mum was so happy, what a great company, I will use you again and again!

What made me choose this company was their amazing and helpful youtube videos on how to use the juicers and their honest reviews. I also always purchase on reviews and this company had great reviews and I received 5-star service too. The juicer I bought so far is brilliant which I bought to juice my celery. They also include a free gift which is so lovely! I have confidence that if I have any issues they will be able to help but so far all good! I highly recommend this company!

Amazing!

I received my test this morning for the premium edition and I was so happy with the results. The detail was so intricate and everything made complete sense. It's like they had seen a photo of him as even the traits about his body type, weight, eye colour - specifically being amber, his coat and coat colours were spot on. I have a rescue street dog that I adopted from Romania last year so to find out his makeup was just absolutely incredible. I guessed 3 of the breeds but to find 22 of them, wow! amazing. I've researched alot of these breeds since and I can see something in all of them that makes him up. He is such a unique looking dog so to find out all of this was just wonderful. I loved all the charts and scientific details as well as the health information. Well worth the money! Thank you Wisdom Panel!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I received a damaged table from this company and had to go back and forth. It was supposed to be collected on 22nd Dec but nobody showed up. I reported to Amazon and then someone turned up the next day as it had not been booked so was a lie. The item was picked up, I took photo evidence and took a photo of the driver's phone and the tracking details showed it had been picked up. I contacted Amazon immediately and they also sent an email. I phoned Amazon today and they said that this company is saying lies that it hasn't been picked up but they provided the Yodel pick-up and the tracking details so I have all the proof. Finally, Amazon has taken action and has said they will suspend their account. What a nightmare this place is!

Why can't O stars be introduced

Why can't O stars be introduced? I ordered a table following another disaster from fellow scammers The Range who I ended up reporting to Trading Standards who are investigating them and by hook or crook I got my money back from The Range because I will not stand for this. Second scammer company was Vida XL. I was sent a table with deep scratch marks like a lion had been let loose on it. After endless messages to get it picked up it was meant to be picked up today. The tracking details didn't show it was even being picked up today so they clearly lied. I waited all day long and and nobody turned up. I ordered off amazon and they have opened a claim against them and I have been informed that that their amazon account will be suspended if they do not sort it. Never again! There are too many scammer companies like this that all need to be struck off! bunch of crooks. Just to make it all the more ridiculous, they send a reply below in another language!

SCAMMERS , LIARS AND THIEVES -

I’ve now sent The Range a legal letter. This company is fraudulent.

After endless communication with The Range following being sent the worst bit of tat I've ever received -following a fake delivery date and fake delivery details - the table was suddenly sent the day it was meant to be delivered, I received a table VERY badly made with a chunk missing and following 2.5 hrs on hold I got through to a call centre in the Philippines with some uhelpful woman saying I CAN'T HEAR YOU! Nothing was done to have the table returned. I then saw on the order email that it involved another now I have discovered a shady company called VERTY FURNITURE -their ‘partner’ I contacted them and was promised the table was going to be picked up and I would be refunded. The table was collected on the morning of Weds Dec 14th and I was promised I would be refunded on Thursday but now saying the refund has to be The Range directly yet the collection note was The Range because it was collected by Verty - the partner. I will be leaving negative reviews for both companies until I hear back then I will be publishing all the emails. I have also contacted Trading Standards and have filed a case against them as they responded to me yesterday with which I have a reference number. This company needs closing down, they rip off everyone and even have a facebook page called RIPPED OFF BY THE RANGE. They try and wear people down hoping they give up but actually it does the opposite to me. I will keep going until I get justice. I was told I was meant to receive a refund yesterday but they have still not refunded and impossible to get through to them. Verty funiture their partner confirmed they have refunded them but need to refund me so still waiting!

I phoned their cs again last night and spent another hour on the phone to only speak to a rude unhelpful robot who put me on hold for a further 20 mins then hung up on me! They’re crooks complete crooks

I also find it ironic how with every complaint Judy responds with - this is not indicative of our service but with the endless complaints on here and on the Facebook group page RIPPED OFF BY THE RANGE - yes this is very much indicative of your service. Ripping people off - which you won't keep getting away with as there are more and more people joining that group and leaving reviews, house of cards!

SCAMMERS - I keep phoning - get cut off after waiting and waiting

I was meant to receive a table for my mother for Xmas on Friday, Dec 9th after ordering on Nov 29th. By Friday afternoon I'd received no update. I phoned 4 or 5 times always starting at customer 46 and cutting out by 19 so on hold for over 30 mins each time before being cut off. I phoned their Enfield store and another and rings for ages and then cuts out. I came on Trustpilot and found tons of negative reviews so realised I'd been scammed. On the order, it said a logistics company it was being sent by, but had no contact number and when I emailed them it said they didn't exist. It was only after I left a negative review on Trustpilot that I was contacted, and they said that they would arrange delivery. I received the table Saturday after I put pressure on only sending it out the day, I was meant to receive it, in a complete state, damaged with chunks missing from it and no paperwork, returns forms or any documentation, just bags of screws. I phoned straight away and was on hold for 2 and a half hours. Eventually, I spoke to a call centre in the Philippines, and she kept saying to me she couldn't hear me, fobbed me off, and hung up on me. I've sent emails since and no resolution. There are Facebook pages dedicated to this scammer company too. I have since reported to trading standards and will continue to make complaints and leave negative reviews everywhere until I am refunded. I feel this company should be reported for fraud as they are ripping people off. This table was a gift and I can't afford to shell out for 2, cost of living crisis?? and they are ripping people off. They have stores and nobody answers the phones there either, this company needs to be closed down. I will not give up on getting my refund from the pile of crap they sent me and all the fake phone numbers, and fake delivery company. They are a disgrace

After my complaint on Trustpilot - I suddenly get a message that it was being sent out by Yodel which means the above details are fraudulent except they send me the biggest load of broken tat. There are thousands of complaints on other reviews sites and Facebook, they are complete scammers. I have been reporting to every authority going and will not stop until I am refunded, they are daylight robbers.
