Absolutely love William Wood. I now have 2 mirrors from them. The items are extremely good quality and beautiful to look at. In fact in my most recent purchase I found the mirror I purchased to be too small for the area I had in mind. The exchange to a larger mirror was very simple and the company made it extremely easy and they were so helpful. Delivery was fast and the delivery itself was smooth. The drivers were helpful and very accommodating with delivery to the room of my choice.

I bought a pair of sunglasses from Holland Cooper, a premium brand. After just 4 months and worn less than a handful of times - it was clear they were unusable (did not grip the face, kept slipping off). When I asked them for either a refund or exchange, either which I would have been equally happy with it, they refused, citing their terms and conditions. This reflects a very rigid and unsympathetic approach. They seem very comfortable leaving a customer with a product that cannot be used, which shows they prioritise profit over customer satisfaction.

I will not be purchasing from them again and would encourage others to be cautious about purchasing from them.

Great service. Experienced a problem with a tap in my fairly new bathroom. Although given an “all day” time slot (only negative aspect) the plumber arrived early in the day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem within a few minutes. I was left to be able to enjoy the rest of my day. Well done Homeserve
