Check out Lady, Millie was excellent helpful cheerful. I was shopping in the bicycle section. I asked to two different assistants for advice about MTB shoes and they professed to know nothing about them and didn’t stop to try and help me choose the right ones. They were busy doing other things.

It worked, although sometimes I had trouble downloading data when roaming in South Island New Zealand. Holafly responded to my concern in retrospect and provided an adequate refund for the data I was not able to consume. Good service!

I cannot fault them for quick response when an issue arose. In the end I decided to return the product as it did not meet my requirements. The process went smoothly, and the information and feedback from Torro was excellent

The marble top arrived on the APC van, but the driver declined to unload it as he said it was clearly broken.
He did let me see the box containing the base and upright, and the base had penetrated the flimsy packaging.
He took all items back to his Doncaster Depot
