I ordered a Rick Stein at home . I bought the monk fish wrapped in palma ham . It came with Sour crout . But on feed back from the person I bought it for said it was very nice . Plenty fish but one thing they said is it is expensive for what you get . prawns were nice but they said monk fish could have had some green beans ,sand fire even new potatoes . They said Sour Crout was not enough on its own . Seeing you have put prices up and the delivery prices up I do think you could add some sort of veg . We have bought quite a lot of different boxes . Another little feed back is may be you could do a starter and a Main Or a Main and a desert it is not every one that likes a desert . Good food but just need something to go with it

All the other meals I have had or placed orders for . The service is brilliant .
There was a bit of a problem I had with a chicken dish . But it was sorted and replaced plus an afternoon tea was given as a sorry .The replacement meal was delious as usual . And the afternoon tea was really nice . I would recommend any of Rick Steins Dishes well worth the money and tasty also plenty of it .

When I placed an order chemist direct. Took my payment then sent me a email telling me they were not going to send me the item .
They said I buy these tablets quite a lot
I buy them when I can get them as I can not get them in the chemist and synadol are the only tablets that help my head ache.yet they keep on emailing me telling I have something in the basket and needs to be bought . Right try ordering it and you get told sorry you can not have it. Stop sending emails saying I have something in by basket when they are not going supply them

Very good service. I ordered a ride on unicorn with flashing lights sounds .but when it arrived the battery pack had been removed. And some one had cut the hair on the unicorn
One phone call to party delights and it was sorted another one should be delivered today vi Royal Mail special Post . The lady I spoke to on the was brilliant and very helpful as I explained this item is a birthday present for my Granddaughter which is on Tuesday so party delights are making sure that my Granddaughter will have her birthday present. British Gas are nothing but a pain in the neck . No matter when or what they have to visit for. They have always got an excuse like we are short of staff or there had been emergency . I have a home care plan and both of us are vulnerable and old age pensioners but like last night we had no heating I phoned British Gas at 7.45 and asked for some one to come out but no. Come this morning at 8am surprise surprise. Text saying they had emergency. Really
Excuse. Then they said 8-1 now saying 8-6!what next excuses after excuses. Why they should say is we can not be bothered very dismal service seeing they have the cheek to put the electric Gas prices up. People be aware Di not use British Gas

Klarma are very unhelpful they asked for a contact telephone no and time to call which I gave them but heard nothing back. As I told them if this faulty item was not collected by Monday 22 November. It would be put out side. Which I have done as it was in the way and had to keep moving it as a result in moving it I tripped over it and hurt my neck .as a result of this I now have to go and get my neck put right .
I did say that I would take action and now is the time . I have been very patient with you and now my patience has run out.what sort of a company. Are you. ??? Not a very good one otherwise you would be helping and refund my money

Not a very good service I bought an exercise bike and it is faulty. But still not had my money back this was bought in August 2921. Contacted Klarma. Who said they would call. Still Waiting for call. Emailed and even live chat .
All I got told was sorry and some one would call me but no call
Wish I had never heard of Klarma.do be aware before buying any thing from Klarma. If it is faulty you will not get your money back or goods picked up
I will be putting these faulty goods out side they are in the way

Very easy to use and straight. Forward. No messing about. Look forward to receiving my goods

Exercise bike very poor the back handle bars do not fit the seat is split and the gage that supposed to tell you time distance etc died not work .
Certainly not worth the money . And you can not get in touch with the company to complain I have tried emailing but no avail.

I have placed several orders with you for presents for my Daughters and they have done the same for me .
We only had one little problem but it was sorted out very quickly . My favourite is the chicken dish which was enjoyed Friday by by Daughter and husband as a present I had sent them. I would not hesitate in recommending Rick Steins at home Food. As I am sure other people will enjoy them as much as I have

Very good service reliable kept up to date of delivery And always very helpful . Also it is nice to be able to get my stuff delivered .as I will not go out . Especially now the restrictions are lifted and people are not being carful and most do not wear face coverings .stay safe and order on line

I am very happy with the delivery service. Of Yodel always kept to date of delivery time which was spot on like they said . But it is nice because you can track were the driver is so you then no roughly. What time he will get to you next. Good service. And one I would recommend to people

Although I have not received my cards yet it was easy to buy on the factory web site and a selection of cards to choose from .
Before lockdown I always used to go I. The the card factory to buy my cards .
As always a selection of cards at very good prices . I also bought wrapping paper &Gifts . So nice to be able. Continue to still buy things but safely from home.

I find the CBD oil Jelly sweets and the cream to rub in had help my pain and also helps me sleep I would recommend it to any one

The Two Delivery. Guys that delivery my Parcels are very good.They always knock the door so we can hear them then then take a photograph of where the parcel was left. then I call out to them but do not have to answer the door . Until they have moved away then I can call out and thank them. If for any reason I have to go out Like Drs or for the Jab but the men will always leave the parcel in a safe place if it is posdible

I received a very good customer service from tool station. They were so helpful . I had placed an order for paint and other things but when the order arrived. The pain was missing. . So I phoned tool station and they were were very sorry and are going to make sure I receive this missing item tomorrow .The person I spoke to on the phone. Was vey pleasant and reassuring. Well done ti all at Tool station . You are doing a fantastic job keeping us all safe . I would normally go to Tool station my self but as I have Asthma not allowed out . So By you coming to me is brilliant .Keep safe and stay well
