A very good company from the minute I…

A very good company from the minute I placed the order up until delivery .
I had a phone call thanking me for my order and was kept up to date with delivery . The two men who delivered my washing machine were so helpful cheerful connected the machine and put it in place lovely they made sure the machine was working before leaving .
I will certainly be buying all my kitchen appliances from Sparkworld
Thank you so much .i would recommend
Sparkworld to any one a very professional service I felt that they valued my custom

I bought a new washing machine from…

I bought a new washing machine from Currys but when I got it home it would not work . You have to set it to the English setting but the controls that you have to press would not work . A phone call to Currys told to phone hooverhoover told to phone Currys
So I phoned Trading standards who said curry are responsible and as it is a brand
New machine. Should be replaced or money refunded . O no hoover have to come out as they disbelieve me
That the machine is not working .
I am not having it repaired

Think before you buy any thing from Currys and do not take there insurance out it is not worth it or do not let the washing companies talk you in to taking domestic general if any thing goes wrong they will tell you you have done it

Because I am trying to return a faulty item and M&CO have been very difficult in getting this item returned I can not down load a label all I need is something that I can return this faulty. Item I am not in pressed and not surprised they went under

Alex from Percival done a fantastic job…

Alex from Percival done a fantastic job .
Very professional and leaves the place nice and clean no bits on the floor a nice guy who I would recommend to him to any one .
And he does not rip you off .
Not like one person quoted me £55.00
Then said £100.00 and tried to say
That it was always £100.00
That was Empire flooring .
But this guy Certainly knows what he is doing
Thank you Alex will be using him again when the kitchen is done to lay the flooring .

My husband and I stayed at the Byeways…

My husband and I stayed at the Byeways holiday bungalow Whitfield
The bungalow was nice. expensive but I paid the money because it had a summer house which we could sit in if it was windy . But we could not open it
We had to wait for the Maintenance man to come out. Which he did . He had to use a crow bar to lift the door up it was fine while he done it with bar but later we went to open the door and it would not open . Also the key safe on the wall did not work . My husband and I had to sit in the car for an hour before one one came . TheNeighbour next door came Around but could not get key out .
So bless him he phoned the owner who lives in Cheshire to get some one out .
Not impressed .
Then the Tv would not work had no sound . I no that’s not the owners fault
But do think things like this should have been checked .
It took the maintenance man 3quarters of an hour to sort it .
I have tried complaining on line but
It will not let me .
I have written to sky holidays but no reply only do it on line which I have told them is impossible .
I feel that as I paid and booked this property because of summer house
Trading standards have told me i am entitled to some of my money back as I never had what we paid for
But sky do not reply

Not very good service from yodel

Not happy with the driver that left parcel on door step in the rain . He never either rang the door bell or knocked the door. I was in as I was expecting the parcel . Argos deliver the parcels them selfs they always ring knock the door first . Will not use Yodel again and will keep with Argos and other companies that they are not going to send parcel via Yodel .
I no they are in a hurry
But should think of customers first .
A specially as it was pouring with rain
They should have rang the bell .

Great thank you I ordered a shelve for my cooker it was an expanding one .
When it arrived I could not get it to fit in oven .however my son in law came and done it as it was new just a bit stiff .
But now great the staff at stocked were very good as I thought I was going to have to return it
Now very pleased with it

Very pleased with the work that Justin…

Very pleased with the work that Justin done. We had only just moved and the fence that was there was supposed to be new . But the job had not been done properly so Justin came and sorted it out .
I would recommend Justin to any one who is looking for fencing and any thing else to be done .

Justin who came done a really good job .
He had to put some post in to keep the fence up .I had only just moved and the previous people had put the fence up but did not do a very good job . And the fence came away . But it is not very good that the person who put the fence up before advertise as a fencer he should advertise as a bodger recommend Justin to any one

British Gas were going to look into a…

British Gas were going to look into a complaint as to why my gas bill was higher this year than last year when I only have gas central heating which has not been on since February . BG said the meter could be wrong and would get some out to look at if . But Ellie from British Gas closed the complaint with out asking me. She had no right to do this . I would not recommend British Gas to any one
The service or lack of it is appalling .
When my boiler went wrong in winter when it was the coldest time BG left us 4days with out any heat
No care yet despite having a home care policy BG did not care now they say the meter could be wrong. But will not or should I do not want and will not sort it out not worth any stars
One is to many .
I am looking to change gas companies . But Ellie do not close the complaint with out asking first .
You asked for readings. I sent them in . But again I would like to remind you that the meter is the responsibility of British Gas and therefore they should have done something about it don’t say some one will come out when you have no intension of sending any one

Very good service helpful although I have only just received the goods it is still a good service .
It was nice to be able to get the help when I needed it to loose weight .
I have tried everything. Tablets are the cause of the trouble .

It is the first time I have used Stay…

It is the first time I have used Stay sure . They were recommended to me . I was very impressed and the. Guy I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, pleasant , cheerful .
And helped me with insurance . I would certainly not have second thoughts about using them especially if you have medical problems . They were reassuring and took time to help and explain things and help me go on holiday .
I can not thank them enough

I have two good delivery drivers one is…

I have two good delivery drivers one is very good as he comes more often but I have never had any trouble with them they go out the way to help me people complain about Hermes now Everi but wat they do not no is that these drivers do not get paid any petrol allowances only only get paid 45p to pick up a parcel so perhaps Everi might like to consider paying there staff more and give them fuel allowance it is not Everi drivers it is The Everi
