I live in the Republic of Ireland, therefore I wasn't prepared for my order to be delivered the following day when the delivery vehicle arrived! Delivery from the UK often takes three to five days! Excellent customer service with lightning-fast response times.

My EsQualo skirt arrived just now, and I must say it's gorgeous, wonderfully packed, and delivered for free and very quickly, Without a doubt, suggest Logan's Fashions website.

Good quality and selection of clothing, free delivery was a nice touch too

Bought an IvyB long gilet. Fantastic quality for only 65 pounds. Fast delivery which also was free. Would recommend highly.

Ordered a coat for my wife via Logans online store. We used to visit the store a lot when we lived in Lisburn and made the trip up the north coast. Customer service has not changed one bit from years ago – great service as ever.

I ordered a My Soul scarf off the website . When it arrived it was not the pattern shown online in the picture which was the one I needed .The one that arrived was not even on the website so I presume someone attached an incorrect picture in the beginning when uploading . I emailed them saying I had received the wrong pattern. I was delighted as they replied immediately saying they would look into it and get back to me . They didn’t get back to me so I emailed again . Still nothing . Worst customer service . I spent a lot of money with one of their rivals this season and there could’ve been much more business for them from me but not now. As a business person myself, I couldn’t recommend buying anything from this company if this is their customer service . Beyond poor .
