I had an appointment at the RDE Hospital for a Gastroscopy I went in and The staff did not even look up and say hello or hi . The Nurse who looked after me was really lovely and reassuring . The Nurse who fine the Gastroscopy was ok.but while she was doing it and explaining the problem . I had the the thing done my throat could not speak at the time but was a annoyed by her comment she was only a young trainee and said change your life style and loose weight .
For her and every one else in that room I eat healthy no junk or rubbish food exercise she did not weigh me or check my weight so how dare she make comments like that .
She did not stop to think that the tablets I am taking are not helping with weight .
It would have been nicer if she went through things with me. Not just assuming that I live on junk food and sit on my back side all day long . She is very wrong .I am always on the go and do a lot with my Grandchildren
. After speaking to my dietician. She said that no son could be more healthy than me. As going to her exercise classes Iwas the one who had the certificate for loosing the weight every week . But since taking the tablets. Weight is not coming off
So no help from the hospital . Used to be a good service. Gone down hill fast . If The Nurse could tell me how else I can loose weight I would like to hear from her . Can not get Gp appointment till the end of Dec any suggestions ?? Is this the Thing now the NHS tell people to Loose weight. With out finding out there life style come on Get a grip

When I received the dress it had a hole in it and smelled of perfume .some one had worn it and returned it . I phoned Roman and explained and they were very sorry but also very helpful . Would not hesitate in recommending them to others . And returns were really easy .

I am absolutely fed up with Asda I placed an order with them 12 items not available no milk 6pints so I ordered 4pints came back no milk bearing in mind the delivery was not until today the 3rd July I placed this order on Thursday .
It seems to me the person who picks my shopping just please and choose what items I have . as no porridge. Ground pepper every day stuff that is needed. I placed an order for delivery as I have to be carful going out I would not have chosen Asda as a delivery they never have any thing. Meat they sent an email no meat. That I had ordered. I would have had Morrisons. If they had not have been busy and could not get a delivery in till Wednesday that’s how busy and good they are . Once before Asda arrived with all my frozen stuff and other stuff all over the floor. As the driver hit a pot hole and every thing went on the floor
Driver arrived and thought it funny and left me with out my stuff I wanted. Meat veg etc for the week end as I had people coming . Asda could not care a less. . Morrisons bless them stepped in and saved the day. And delivered all my shopping plus gave me a bunch of flowers to cheer me up after what had happened . More than Asda . I phoned them but what a waist of time so in caring .Response was what do you want us to do about it . So do not use Asda I will not be using them again

I had an appointment today 17th June for a massage . How ever when I arrived at beauty with in sidmouth I was told that they had no booking for me .
Some one from the beauty salon phoned me and booked the appointment . I have a voucher to use which I have been trying to use it but they always say they are to busy to fit me in . So booked it for today .
When I get there no appointment .
Not at all happy . An appointment has now been booked for 15th July . If they remember to book it and don’t for get
But when I do go they will have to take the voucher as I am not paying for there mistake .
Travelling 8 miles each way all to be told no appointment .
I will not be using them again as they are so unreliable.
Be aware when you book as when you arrive you are told they have no booking . They are very good at cancelling re arranging and cancelling it again . It was not my fault that we had COVIDand could not use the voucher when I could use it could no get a appointment.
But when the appointment was maid for today I asked if I could change the dermaplaning to a full body massage. For to day 17th. This was done. The only thing that changed was the time . Not at all impressed. Will be using a different place from now on and telling other people that I have recommended to do the same .
It would appear they do not no what the other one is doing .
Thank you for letting me down . This place is not like it used to be no wonder they do not staff . Every time I have been in it is the same two people. One doing nails and the other doing a mixture of things . So don’t call people
And make the appointment then not put it in the book . I do not go every week I can not afford it. This was supposed to be a treat for my birthday . When I had my eye brows a few weeks ago. I wanted to have a massage and my eyes done both together .
But could only get my eyes done as they were busy .
I could not make an appointment at the time for a massage as I did not have my diary with me so that is why I telephoned to make the appointment .
I am very tempted to get goods to the value of £40.00 instead of a massage.
Which is likely to get cancelled again or being told they do have an appointment

I would not give weight watchers any more than two stars . They are not worth it . I had a weight watchers subscription and ordered the £30.00 bundle but it was sent via Royal Mail .
The parcel should have been delivered last Wednesday. But was not delivered until Friday. . I was not at home so parcel was left in the green recycling box .the box was broken open goods missing ,the cook book damaged the in voice. Ripped . I asked for s returns label to send this damaged goods back . But it was like asking for a moon landing . I have no printer so can not print a label off . WW told me to take it to post office. They would print one. Wrong they would and could not do it .
I do not under stand why WW will not send me a returns label they are making as difficult as possible .
If they do not send a returns label then I will go to trading standards and Spotlight . TV That will not be good for Weight Watchers

I Think Jane plan is very expensive especially as they are struggling to loose weight and high rising costs people can not afford to eat let alone pay £200 plus .
Weight watchers. Slimming world it will be . People want to loose weight because of health issues like my self but can not and will not pay all that money
And no Gautantee. It will work

Wayfair they are not fair. In January2922 I ought a vacume cleaner from them and the pin keeks coming out . After several phone calls and promises of a phone call back nothing I had to call again .
Instead of saying dirty pack it up and return it got a full refund ONO could not do that. Had to take photographs which I did but when I tried to
down load them to the page they had given me they would not except them do another phone call and was told some one would call still awaiting for this call , and we are now in March two months later . So do not Buy any thing from Wayfair it falls to bits and they do not want to no any thing about it neither did they care about customers . I think the vacuume Cleaner they sent me was second hand
So don’t buy from Wayfair unless you want in usable goods
They should change there name to not fair

Always very good meals and fresh plenty of it just put some potatoes and veg with it. And it will be fine .
There is only one small snag. The prices have gone up quite a lot so think it would be nice if the meals came with potatoes and some veg instead of having to add them your self . Chicken dish comes with potatoes and green beens .And May be if possible to do a dish with salom fillets . Rick Stein at home meals make good presents for people Like Birthdays , Anniversary’s ,Mother’s Day ,Fathers day , Christmas plenty to choose from . And. Nice treat .
Or just buy the lovely fresh fish and make dishes yourself .

Do not buy from Wayfair it is true they steal your money when any goes wrong they do not want to no I bought a vaccume cleaner only had it a few weeks and the roller that holds the pin in keeps falling out a phone call to them promised to call back still waiting for call they asked for photographs. Sent them several time but they are not excepting them and will not collect this damaged vaccume cleaner I was told to send it back but would have to pay for postage and would not get it back . What a diabolical firm . When you do call them the staff are just reading stuff off a script . So unhelpful. They no there stuff is rubbish that is why they will not speak to you . If you want to buy rubbish or damaged goods buy from Wayfair if you want good quality stuff do not buy from them . At the moment Wayfair have my money. But all I have is rubbish damaged goods only fit for the tip .

Very poor service do not buy from this company Wayfair. I bought a vacume cleaner from them it is only a few weeks old but the roller has broken it keeps coming out 3 phone calls to wayfair all saying the same some one will call you or Email you . I phoned Wayfair. On Friday the 28th January. All be to told. Some one will be in touch on Monday 31st January. But Suprise Suprise. No call or Email so another call Tuesday the 1st February all be to told some one will be in call you tomorrow. 2nd February . The person I spoke to on the phone had to have a script she was reading it from . She did not have to stop and think what to say get a grip .
Reading the reviews of other customers. Only 29% said they would buy from Wayfair that is saying it all .other people are saying very poor service I quite agree with them so give Wayfair a wide birth if you do not want to buy rubbish goods and do not want the hassle of promises promises which never happen. Buy from Argos. They are brilliant and very helpful and you do get good quality goods at very good prices

I ordered a nice bouquet of flowers for My Daughters and son in laws wedging anniversary which is today. The flowers arrived all are dead and nothing like what I had paid for. The flowers received by my daughter were I only a few flowers even less than what would would get in Lidl . At Least Lidl You would get lovely flowers and not dead ones and half the cost
Will never be using serenata flowers again .they must have known what they were posting out . Looks like these flowers have been left un the shop through out lock down disgusting. Will never use this company again .
Husbands wife’s be Aware of this if you are thinking of using serenta flowers for Valentine’s Day all you will land up with for your loved ones is dead flowers not like you pay for. I do have photos of these dead flowers received by my Daughter .
Serenta flowers should be closed down.
If they carry on sending out flowers like this it will not be long before they are closed. .after reading other people’s reviews. Serenta flowers should be a shamed of them selfs

What a dismal service I ordered a teddy bear and a sausage dog paid next day delivery. But this never happened and the goods never turned up .money taken out account. In contacting card factory I live chat I was told that I would have to wait 24hours for some to get back to me . This is a laugh as the live chat is open from 9am every morning till 5pm evenings . After complaining they did text what a waste of time. Now they are saying they can not find the order .after looking on line I see that card factory’s are closing .is this why they are loosing people’s orders as they can not be bothered. Rather than being honest and saying we are closing and not sending out orders.
Be aware if ordering from them They will let you down

I done a click and collect service at Asda Taunton as I have cracked my ribs and cracked my ankle. . So it was easier for my husband to just pick it up
Never again I ordered a pork roasting joint .my Husband put it in the oven and cooked it for 2hours. But when it was taken out the oven ready for carving there was no meat just a solid lump of fat and gristle so that went straight in the bin disgusting I have another bit in the freezer which will also go in the bin as that looks nothing but fat. What a waist of money .who ever picks the shopping should be more careful
I certainly will not be buying any more meat of any sort from Asda again . They can not be trusted . And should not be selling meat like that . I had substitute bread which is no good for sandwiches. As when you try to butter it the bread just breaks all up not again will not be shopping at Asda again. Good job we took bags as nothing was banged just left in the boxes.

Satsumas I think the person who picked these must have been blind. The satsumas are so small there is nothing to them. Employ proper people not young Students they have not not a clue when it comes to picking people’s shopping . Very disappointed
Asda have gone down hill. There attitude is take it or leave it . No customer care what so ever
