Fragmented company all over the place jumping through hoops to get things done and support such a terrible experience and the chat is poor also, don't bother look elsewhere.
Multiple portals meaning you have to get the right one every time and nobody is there to help as you are not allowed to call them which is ironic from a company that is supposed to be a telephone company!

Trustpilot got in touch asking to confirm I was a customer or my negative review would not be shown which I have proven however Vonage choose to disrespect my review and say that I do not exist, the process to prove poor reviews must put a lot of people off and therefore many negative reviews of VONAGE do not actually get shown. I have never been asked to prove I was a customer of any positive reviews I have written (funny that) also if you look closely as Vonage positive reviews they are submitted by people who have only made 1 review and many with non common UK names, funny that?
