Impossible to contact them at weekends

Impossible to contact them at weekends, Did not let me login (Said invalid) so went through and changed my password as instructed 4 times before I gave up.
What really is the point when you need medical advice? Wish I had never changed providers now. Frustrated!!

Ordered and paid for 2 sets of…

Ordered and paid for 2 sets of glasses. Did not hear anything for over 3 weeks, when I contacted them, stated their machines were broken!
No communication so have asked for refund!

After I had my Midlands train to…

After I had my Midlands train to Nottingham cancelled without notice, and being told my ticket was not valid for other carriers, I was able to book via app the next avanti train to Birmingham. Once onboard I decided to de stress with a coffee and told my story of woe to the guy behind the buffet who apologised for my experience on the railway system today and offered me a complimentary coffee. Total class fella 👏👌👍well done Avanti

This is a well run service

This is a well run service on the whole. I mainly use it for the train cashback. The one criticism I would have is that when you are informed of your cashback amount, they do not cross reference it with which purchase it was for.If like me, you are a frequent train traveller, it's hard to keep track (excuse the pun!)
Overall very good though

Lookers Aylesbury is a new Land…

Lookers Aylesbury is a new Land Rover/Jaguar franchise. I recently purchased a 2nd hand Range Rover from there The premise are very sparkly and shiny, HOWEVER that's as good as it gets. Trying throughout the whole process to actually contact them via phone or email was horrendous. It appears that all calls get routed to reception which will often have just one person to man the lines, this results in massive delays in getting through (15-20 mins) The actual face to face bit of buying of the car went relatively smoothly up until the point I paid. The customer service post payment is woeful and one of the most frustrating encounters I have had.
Example: The day I collected the car, the fan continued to run even with the engine off, took me 4 attempts at getting hold of anyone and when I did it took a further 2 days to get a reply only to be told that if I wanted a courtesy car that I would have to wait over 3 weeks before they would look at the vehicle! (I had only had it a day!) When I did get the car to them, they had to do over £1200 worth of remedial work (incl discs/brakes, fuel pump etc) which has to make you wonder, if as stated pre sale, had the vehicle actually had a full service prior to collection.
Its what beneath the surface that counts!
