Coco the clown would have provided a better service

If I could give this company a minus score it would still be to much, service seems to vary on what franchise you use, we were unlucky enough to have the Somerset area and the agent was a right chancer who nearly cost us our purchase property, from Yopa there was no communication we complained 3 times nobody ever phoned us back! If they try to get you to upgrade don’t! It’s not worth the money, any monkey could provide the service they provided in fact it would have been better to save my money and do it myself. Please avoid at all costs if you live in Somerset

Excellent customer service

If I was reviewing Cinch for customer service it would be 5, however after some initial problems and having to be supplied with a hire car I will keep my review at 3. There logo states cars without the faf however good the customer service was after being let down it was still faf.
I am now in possession of my car after 3 weeks and initial impressions are good.
Quick thanks to Penny, Latifa, and all the others who did there best.

Order cancelled short notice

I have just had the car I ordered on the 25/09 cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery as I was told it was mis advertised! I need the car on Monday as I start a new job that requires a car. I have also now got to cancel the insurance!
Depending on how Cinch resolve this issue will depend on me updating the review not impressed at the moment.
Customer services have called and we’re excellent, offered a solution and a new car has been bought with a hire car to use in the meantime. Would like to thank Penny for her response and hard work in hopefully resolving this issue in a timely manner. I would also like to thank Lewis who had the difficult task of informing me of the cancellation and for being on the wrong end of my frustration he handled it really well. I will up date the review once everything is sorted

Top class friendly service

What a pleasure it was to deal with this company. From my initial enquiry to delivery and then collection was hassle free. Nothing was to much trouble and the advice on what machine I needed was spot on. Wish all companies acted like this, will definitely recommend to anybody wanting lifting equipment

Can’t fulfil basic orders

Ordered materials which was basic insulation blocks and was told two days later they had supply issues and couldn’t fulfil order, quite understandable if I hadn’t of been able to go somewhere else straight away and the order came the next day!

I believe it was because they couldn’t deliver on the price they advertised at. But that’s my opinion.

Would rather pay a bit more and be certain of getting what I want

Excellent customer service from Jacqui to sort out issues with courier, I would recommend sorting out another courier service though as they don’t seem to be very good, would have been 5 if not for the courier

Awful dreadful provider

SSE provide our broadband and in the two months we have had it, it has been nothing but trouble with us unable to use the internet for more than 15 minutes before it stops working then waiting for it to come back on. The phone line is also awful with crackling and hissing. We have had the engineer out twice without any success.
If you need to call customer services be prepared for 30minute to 45minute wait before the phone is answered on the plus side when it is answered the staff are friendly and helpful hence the 1 star.
I have also tried contacting the head of customer services through the email address provided and get no response. I am now in the situation of cancelling this service and going with another provider.
I have nothing good to say about the service they provide and will never let them supply me with broadband again, leave it to the professionals SSE they know what there doing!

Paying for nothing

If you like paying for a service with absolutely no service then I thoroughly recommend this company. Started well and the initial consolation was great as was the guy who did the photos.
Once this is complete you are basically left to your own devices with no backup whatsoever even though a team is allegedly there to support you they never call you back or contact you to see how things are.
If you want to save yourself hundreds of pounds and don’t mind putting in a bit of work dont use this company you can do everything that they do without the extra hassle
