Great Choice
Easy to navigate around the website which has lovely items to choose from. I bought a gift voucher as a raffle prize and I know the recipient will enjoy choosing their own gift x
Great product & service
Clear website, really great service & products
Lovely products from ethical brands.
Dreadful experience
I had a dreadful experience with this company. I ordered several Christmas gifts for our company's clients from them. Thankfully I only ordered a small proportion to test them as a new supplier. The gifts never arrived, despite constant chasing from me.
When I did contact them to clarify when delivery would happen I recieved conflicting messages each day about the status of the orders and when they would be dispatched. Each time I was promised a next day dispatch, which never happened.
Ultimately I did receive a refund but, as a company that advertised itself as a supplier of corporate Christmas gifts, the service was unacceptable. This is a shame as the ethical concept is a good one.
Proceed with caution if you order from here and don't order anything that you need by a specific deadline.

Definately not sustainable or environmentally friendly
Excessive packaging for a sustainability advocate. Poor communication regaining despatch of order from suppliers and loads of items out of stock. Excessive postage and packaging costs

Received a gift hamper from work and absolutely loved it. Took a moment to read the story behind the vision and thought deserves some recognition. Well done to the three founders! Doing a fab job for the community as well as having wider social impact.
Great product, great communication and service
Just received ours, love the products, love the book that goes with it! V happy
Great service, but take the product description with a pinch of salt!
We ordered the mixed case of 12 toast bottles - arrived quickly and we were happy but the number of different types of beer weren't as advertised (6 lagers and 2 of each of the ales) we were hoping to split the case between our Dads for Fathers Day (one who likes lager, one who likes ale) so we had to rethink that plan when it arrived and there were only 3 lagers, but other than that everything was great.
Delivery when promised
Delivery when promised. Excellent service as well as ethical contribution.
Great service
Great service. The only issue I had was they contacted me asking a question and that email went to my junk folder, so that might have delayed dispatch a bit. But that aside, communication was good and dispatch was prompt once I'd responded. Good packaging - nothing unnecessary and well presented.

Great product and delivery
Ordered a BEEN laptop case and some sunglasses as presents for friends.
Both great quality and arrived very quickly in eco friendly packaging
Great products & great service
Great products & great service! I sent a gift box to my friend - easy to order and then the team were in touch the same day to check if I wanted to add a personalised message & to let me know what was happening with delivery. Arrived at my friend's place within a few days and she was really happy with the delicious, social enterprise products inside :)
