Review of ThinkVacuums
I called Think Vacuum to try to replace the "outer filter" for my DustCare central vac system. I gave them the original part number but was I was told by Think Vacuum and a couple of other vacuum suppliers that that This item was no longer made. I asked if there was a compatible part and was told there was and I bough 6 of them. I cannot make them work with the system I have and after calling earlier today, got return instruction. Paid $18 to return them this afternoon. When I got home, I called to see if I could get reimbursed for the return shipping, I was told "no". If that is the company policy then so be it - but I was treated in a very impatient manner, very rude. I was told that he couldn't prove or know that it would work and etc. I was trying to explain why it wasn't compatible and was made for a different system that I have, when he hung up on me.
Review of DHL
first time sender using Dhl from usa to Mx.
Originally set up a web access account so I could use it to send one package only one time to a family member from a company that I buy from for myself. Subsequently found out that the company was not contracted with DHL so I had them send the pkg to me.
Was never told anything about the consequences of having that kind of account IF that is what the problem is - still don't know.
Sent the pkg on using DHL to Mx. Pkg arrived quickly but now has been sitting in customs for 10 days. found out that they want my family member to go to a gov agency there and jump through gov hoops to register as an "importer" and consider me an exporter. This is absurd - a one and only package to a family member and he has to register as an importer!!!!!.
Trying to get ahold of DHL customer service is a nightmare- Frustrating menus that don't give an option that I want.
- very long hold times playing a message constantly without a split second of silence for an hour or more that allows me to be productive during hold times.
-getting rep who has a strong accent shouldn't be much of a problem except the volume is so low I have to constantly ask them to repeat. or the connection keeps breaking up etc.
- need a resolution from the research department. finally was assigned a person who was to call me by 5pm every day until resolution. NO CALL!!
-spent another hour on the phone this morning (another frustrating experience) and finally was able to have a message sent to the person assigned to the case - to call me.
Still NO CALL
I hardly have it in me to go through any more of this.
I may have to have the package sent back to me.
I have not yet been able to ask if I have to pay many $$ to have this done.
This could be easily resolved if I could just get some customer service

This company is as bad as so many reviews that im reading on this site. I ordered a blouse - white- and waited one day short of 4 weeks for it. They sent a pink blouse. I emailed immediately for a return label because I can't wear that color (not to mention that the blouse was huge for a small and looked really cheap). Their website states returns must be done within 15 days.
Their correspondance is shamfully childish with all kinds of serious language that the resolution department will work to resolve this as soon as possible - as though it is very complicated to send a return label. An 8 year old could see that it was just a stall and they have no intention of taking the merchandise back and crediting the credit card back for the charge. They should be put out of business! No integrity.
This is an UPDATE. The company said they sent me a private email which apparently is what they always post in response to a negative review.
Their private emails are meaningless and do not answer my question. They sent the wrong item and ignor my requests for a return label that doesn't cost me. They didn't even send the return address. I just got it today because they sent the address to my credit card company in response to their inquire. If I paid for the return it would cost me $17.25 to return a $19 blouse and another $16 to pay for a proof of delivery scan. No one would do that!
Meanwhile they have not refunded my credit card.
