Horrible customer service , order a product and still 4 wks later have not received, customer service does not answer their phone nor emails. The company’s customer service SUCKS!! If you are going to respond as a company why don’t you actulky read your emails fitst. Do not use this company

Ive order perfumes in july but haven't received anything yet. It said delivery between 1 to 5 days. However the money was taken out from my account. M trying to reach to them but its says the Stores is unavailable for some reasons. This seems like a scam.

i ordered this product early in December, clothing sizes are wrong and shipping cost equaled the price of the item. When i got an email receipt, i tried to cancel the order but no reply, sent email still no reply. I wish I would have read the reviews before i ordered. i really would give you a NO-STAR rating

I’m not satisfied with this order. The items that they show online have no similarities to the ones that I got in person. Shipping took a very long time, and some of the clothes arrived with stains on them. Avoid this store if you can, it’s a scam.

The items received have nothing in common with the items on their site - these are not the same pictures and designs are terrible, materials cheap - I lost 120€ with this company.
In short, this is a scam.

Third order placed with this company. My wife is 5'0", 100 pounds, and I ordered he a medium shirt. Must have been children's sized. A 3X barely fit her!
Shirt got damaged, ordered another one. Ordered a gray t-shirt in 3X, got a white blazer type jacket in medium, with only documentation in Chinese. No idea in even came from this company until I enquired as to where my order was, and a number on the shipping label matched. Even though they made the mistake, they wanted me to return it at my cost to China, even though it was shipped from a warehouse in New Jersey. Five or six emails later, all coming from someone with an Americanized name, and broken English, they were adamant about returning to China on my dime. Of course, shipping to me is not refundable, and the cost of shipping back would exceed the amout I would be refunded.
Bottom line, $30 for a t-shirt, they send wrong item, accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for it. Enjoy the money you made off me. Lesson learned. Never again.

Never received my order and it is difficult to get in touch with anyone. They must make a lot of money off of scamming people.

Beware ! The sizes are bizarre - ordered L (usually wear M) so I could put a sweater underneath.
I couldn’t even get it on !!! It fits my 11 year old granddaughter !

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I paid for a toy well over a month ago and have had nothing back. No toy, No corrospondance, No refund. NOW THE SITE HAS DISSAPPEARED.

I recently made an $90 order and it arrived with a smell and some items had loose threading. I reported my problem to customer service and was told they would offer me $19 credit voucher. I replied, I do not want to purchase any more items and I would like a full refund. They replied once more to tell me it would not be cost effective for them to pay to have the items returned, therefore, I would be responsible for returning if I want a refund. Immediately they ceased communication with me and have basically STOLE my money. I’ve reported to BBB and as long as I can, I’m leaving negative reviews all over the internet. The company is fraudulent and has no idea how to satisfy customers.

I've waited long enough to receive my money back after your company have messed me around, ive had enough! Do not tell me its in progress! I want to no that the rest of it is back in my account!
I have never ordered off a company that treats you so appalling and incompetent... not one of you knows whats going on! Nore do you communicate between you or departments.
I will be making sure that as many people i no... and more will not be ordering from luvyle, your items on your website are most certainly not what people receive, its cheep child like dress up type of material... and some not even the same pattern or colours or even style! And if thats not enough when you try to send back the items you have to fight to get a refund, ive been waiting just over 2 months and counting!
Im shocked that luvyle is still in business if im honest, you sell old toot and try and keep people's hard earned money in your no doubt fat bank account for as long as possible and stressing and upseting people while trying to fight to get their money back.
I now know why there isent a contact number to speak to luvyle because your staff wouldn't be able to cope with the amount of abuse they would get on the other end of the phone through shea frustration!

Please stay away from this company. They are theives. On August 2020 I ordered and I paid at the same time. My order never came. I am still waiting. The only sure is that they steal my money over of 100 euros. I sent them over of 10 emails without any response or reply back to said an explanation. I believe that this company is fake. They took money from people. Somebody has to stop them and to put in jail.

Hi There How do they do it? so many companies under the same umbrella How do we stop these companies taking money for goods that are sub standard. Nope!! Don't do it. This company is a scam. They will send you clothes that are not as described and terrible quality. Returns for a refund are impossible.

Stay away from this place it’s a scam, their advertising on the Teddy dog is a complete fake, they got me on Teddy the dog, 3O.00 dollars for a stuffed animal, they do not send the same item as advertised. Please don’t let this happen to anyone else, they are crooks.

Completely disappointed with the quality of the sweater I bought. It’s actually a long sleeved t-shirt which I could have lived with but the size wrong, the printed design is smudged, the layers of colours are printed over of each other which makes the The top look dirty. I don’t know how they are in still in business.

LUVLYE ORDER 533786 I have just been diagnosed with myeloma, cancer of bone marrow. Luvlye have owed me an order since June 2nd and despite many emails their customer service pathetic replies have come to nothing, their clothes are illegal copies of proper companies, rubbish that falls apart and don't expect a refund.
I am dying they know and are evil and despicable.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I am trying to start legal proceedings against them, hopefully before I die
