Unreliable service

Trentbartonland just isn't a reliable service for public transportation. I take the fact you get accidents on the road ,traffic ,road works but this isn't just a one off it'd all the time and always the same service and expected time. As a regular user I experience this alot

Even at 6am the bus is 5-10 minutes late . The Hugo app doesn't work so you resort to bustimes and find the bus you are waiting for is running 20 minutes late with the next one now just a couple of minutes behind. Many times 2 or 3 buses were run together there is no contingency plan

Some of the drivers aren't friendly and can be quite rude

Constantly harassing us for debt

Constantly harassing us for debt that's not even ours . We closed our accounts with British gas on the day we moved out and had over £100 credit. A year later we are constantly getting letters for dates which occured after we had sold the house and closed the account with british gas. Shambles

Very poor service with EMR recently

Very poor service with EMR recently. Cancelling trains last minute with no contingency plan and people having to wait 50 mins on a train with no air con . Services are constantly late . The only reason with the extra star is that fortunately with the rail card is it somewhat cheaper than buses

Nothing has changed over the last few years and 2 years back they kept alot of us stuck on a train going from matlock to derby and refused to let us out to make our own way back. We were held up at Duffield station at 11pm for an hour before police arrived.

Definitely not the good bus service

Definitely not the good bus service. Constantly late or they cancel bus services at the last minute.

There is no contingency plan with this company and they would happily have people waiting 40 mins. Also its rather expensive where a 2 mile journey will cost the same as a 8 mile journey not to mention the rude bus drivers

Delivery is very slow

Delivery is very slow and still waiting. When I ordered it stated within 5 working /business days

Lilystyler is showing up being based in London but looking at the tracking it's flying around the world with no update in 24 hours. Get an email stating could be another 7 business with email code Lily10 to use on next purchase. No chance

Paid £5 for delivery and is only in transit after one week

not the best service

This store is handy. They have everything you need and being local you don't need to go anywhere else

We have been here several times over the last few months everything from buying timber for the garden to plumbing, electrical to paint. Can't fault it and the pricing ain't too bad either

Recently we went into the store a couple of times over a weekend period

First time (Fri 10th Jan around 5pm) I picked up some soffit vents and got to the till and the male staff member asked me to go take a picture of the barcode as there wasn't one on the actual product. I did inform him they are only 70p but he wasn't having any of it so went to the aisle to try and take a picture however it was blocked off with a rude staff member telling me to wait. I went back to the till and said I don't want these anymore,I'm not messing around. Instead he looks it up online and finds the item and pricing which he could have done beforehand. You can't expect a customer to start running around to the store to take a picture of the barcode when there is plenty of staff around

The second time ( Sat 11th Jan ) i went to wickes to pick up some electrical sockets . I paid and left no issues but then I received a call from a family member as they needed something urgent so went back in straight after

I bought some connector strips at £3 and a chocblock for £1.20
This should have came upto £4.20,However looking at the receipt I was charged double the price totalling £7.20.

Unfortunately I was already at home when I realised I been overcharged

Wasted my time

Applied to switch my banking to the rewards account . Went through the full process and identity check. Everything was fine then recieved an email stating it could not be opened. No explanation why

I have decent credit history with minimal hard and soft checks and zero missed payments.

Then Natwest have the audacity to send me an email asking if I want to still apply for the account

poor customer service

Been with this bank since 2016 and not had any issues until recently

Applied for a small loan for home improvement in which they wanted more information which i thought fine and supplied. For some reason there was an issur even though I have a good credit score and zero missed payments etc..

Spoke to one of the team and I must say the woman that I dealt was very rude,very unfriendly . Bad tone Interrogated my accounts with little respect

Very unhelpful. I will be moving to different bank /building society.

Security is shocking

Security is shocking and rude. I went through security around 2.30pm with my autistic child who wore a sunflower lanyard thinking it would help. I asked if this would need to be taken off as there was a metal clip. I was advised that it would be okay .

Sadly this was not the case and one of the security guards was very forceful with my child who has special needs . I even told them he may not listen as he is autistic which they cleary ignored

In this airport assisted travel is non existent and sunflower lanyard means nothing,Having one of the security staff to force my autistic child to be searched ,pulling him across to one side without due care then have the cheek to ask me to hurry up after being stopped for seach is Abysmal.

Had no issues with the security coming back into the UK. Do better and address the training issues dealing with people that have disabilities and special needs

should be called pure ego

Should be rebounded as pure ego. Cheap budget gym however there is never enough equipment to meet demand and it is unsafe to use. Equipment is constantly broke and I have once got injured due to faulty machines where the cable snapped. Manager refused to take any accountability

You got people hogging machines or equipment/weights for upto an hour

long waiting times

The service I am currently receiving is below par. I ordered a Sofa late October and almost 4 months later I am still waiting. I was given a provisional delivery time of Jan22nd over the phone yet on the invoice it states 4th Feb.

Many times I have received a message saying they are expecting it in the warehouse . Which then keeps changing. On Monday 31st Jan I was given a delivery slot of the upcoming saturday. Day before it got changed with a possible 2 weeks added on. SCS has shown little sympathy and people like myself are being messed around there is even a social media page dedicated to complaints with oymver 4k people following.

A rude monotone email sent by Initials C.G "we are in our rights of the signed terms and conditions- no compensation will be given

I didn't ask for any compensation I want to know where I currently stand before SCS breach the contract in failing to delivere and what is happening with my order

Even the last Sofa I received took approx. 7 weeks but even with this I wasn't able to change delivery times even though the website says you can. Sometimes I wish I shopped elsewhere ...

excessive pricing

Last used this service few years ago whenever I needed a few pages printing off on an ad-hoc basis. Pricing was extremely reasonable and whilst it isn't a profitable business printing off pages at approx. 25p the helpful service is there to the public

Post pandemic and I needed the same doing to send an item urgently back to Amazon . Couple of pages and was told its £12 minimum though the woman behind the desk would happily do it on their occasion. Paid by card and it's, £5 for 2 pages this is still excessive and doesn't state this anywhere on the website 😑

Awful delivery service during covid 19…

Awful delivery service during covid 19 . Rude and incompetent staff (karim) . They bring the order to my door to which I reach to pick up the crates which I have done many times during this coronavirus malarkey to which he then shouts "dont touch the crates" to which I had to personally load 100+ items into the living room . Living on a terrace street this was quite undermining having to single handedly pick up every single tin due to the lack of bags they provide and the guy wasnt even wearing gloves himself or keeping social distancing himself .

They never seem to have a decent amount of stock in and always when the order comes it has lots of items missing yet the night before the cut off you quickly check and see that everything is still there .

It's an alright gym

It's an alright gym. Nothing special cheap and simple but lacks the atmospheric fitness feel that you can find on other gyms.

My issues with xercise4less are ;

Suppose to be open at 6am in the morning (derby branch) the guy didnt arrive till 6.40am leaving people waiting like gooseberries. Messaged xercise4less with no response why they weren't open at that time. Many times the person opening up doesn't arrive till gone 6am

Equipment missing or not enough of. Not enough hand grips etc

Water fountain is always broken and when it foes work . Tastes off

General repairs . The turns for going in are not working . Fingerprint scan doesn't always work

You are fixed in a 12 month contract and harlands will charge you a fortune if you accidently miss one payment . Time there were regulations to get rid of these 12 month contracts

The atmosphere is quite stale in these gyms

New technology slower the service

Maybe I'm probably being a bit biased here & so somewhat derogatory having worked at Maccy Ds for 11 years in the past but from a management point of experience all this made for you hasnt improved anything. Made for you ,table service . Markeaton park Derby . How can anyone having to wait 10+ minutes for a happy meal . The restaurant wasnt even busy but there seems to be alot of people standing around waiting. Back 10 years ago those staff members would have been more productive backing up the tills yeah you may have to queue for a little longer but at least you knew when you have been served it was only a matter of a few minutes before you got your food. Not just the speed but the quality of service . No thank yous just a quick plonk of your food on the counter then that's it.
Not just the one experience in derby but this happened in Nottingham. Theres just no hustle anymore . Too much focus on the kitchen and too much neglect on service

(From Nov 2018) Awful service for derby royal hospital. Child that was under the age of 2 hurt himself twice bumping his head in the same place on the same day (photographic and video evidence) because the second bump bulges out I rang 111 for advice (who later stitched me up to social services because there was apparently no emotional warmth - sorry I was too busy trying to comfort my son and asking 50 questions from yourself) then went to Derby A&E who practically accused me of committing child abuse. One female nurse that's the same bump and was there anyone else in the room with you. No it's just me look I got video evidence. Mentioned that he may have ASD practically laughed at . (Now been diagnosed with ASD). The female nurse was then trying to take him off me then when I went into the next room to a soft play. Bare in mind it's quite late and hes getting restless (9pm) I noticed a few times she was walking past giving dirty looks. another paediatrician wanted to see if he has hurt himself anywhere else and had to show a picture of a fireplace next to the sofa which he fell off. Even with evidence I was surprised I was able to go that night and shows incompetence. They also delete constructive reviews on their own website hence a review so people dont have to go through what I did that night. With a child that is autistic he sometimes bangs his head in frustration noted by professionals I wonder if I will get treated the same should the unthinkable ever happen.
It got to about 10pm the peaditirican then says these things happen . Yeah they do and unfortunately it happened during my care. First time he tripped when he got out of his pushchair so he could walk and second time he fell off the sofa onto the fireplace .

Queueing system is awful

So I went into derby town centre about 4.45pm ordered about £45 worth of house stuff came to the till and noticed a fair few people queueing and only about 3 people on till. I go upto a till and all of a sudden a woman serving another customers vanishes to go get some stuff (which she could of used the idol Male staff) instead . This takes a fair few minutes and well in excess of 5 minutes . So I realise theres no point waiting and go to the next adjacent till in which the female (donna) is serving another customer . I'm next in line once again. By this point a few people who came to the till area have already been long served. Donna then vanishes cause the price of an item is incorrect. Once again this adds a few more minutes. A gentlemen behind me moves back to the original till cause the woman had come back. Hes now been served this leaves myself stranded. Donna is still missing so I go back to the original till and the Male staff member pointed that a till was open at the far end in which he then sees Donna come back.
Donna"its alright I'm back"
By this time I had been waiting close to 10 minutes and not even been served . Alot of messing about . Why couldn't these female staff members used the bloke to get the items or question the pricing of the product.
How come not even one staff member notice how long I been waiting and served me next . No staff member was helpful and it's down to the discretion of the customer to make that choice . Unfortunately on this occasion I was let down and it shows that this type of queueing system in the modern age doesn't work unless properly managed

Rude customer service

Rude customer service. They try and talk down to you.
Offer super fast broadband with a guarantee of 60mpbs but you dont get that cause they also fail to tell you about any devices in the house that may affect the speed of the hub. Fail to refund you for a week when your broadband is down on their behalf and an engineer has to come out and rectify the problem
