Excellent from start to finish

Great range on their website, coupled with excellent pricing. Ease of ordering and stock available. Fast delivery and the delivery guy was helpful, friendly and very customer orientated. Unit and sink perfect. Not one aspect of my transaction warranted anything less than five stars. Many thanks - excellent.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from Mike, Branch Manager, who kept me up to date regularly with regard to a complicated issue around my car's braking system, which had led to an Mot fail. A lot of work and time was required but Mike and the team kept at it and were very mindful of limiting the cost to me. Always apologetic, though the issue was not of their making. Personable, helpful and customer orientated, I will be going back in to In and Out. Excellent.

Cashback payout make-up has changed and not for the better

All very easy to navigate to my cashback payout BUT the facility to specify which cashbacks i wanted to include in my final amount is no longer present, meaning I had to transfer MORE than I wanted to my bank. A shame.

Excellent. A small job but his expertise uncovered a big problem.

Punctual, courteous and friendly engineer who didn't just replace a tiny plastic handle ( worth about 50p) and then disappear, but carried out further system checks revealing previously unknown poor gas pressure to our house. Took the time to explain the issue, and associated risks, and what would be happening next. He engaged with Cadent and from that smallest of jobs, I now sit here with two large holes on my driveway, revealing absolutely shocking installation work undertaken many years ago, no gas and I'm actually happy and appreciative of his diligence at the outset.

Extremely satisfied

Fallout response time to a fault identified early on the 13/8, in conjunction with my service provider, was swift and I was updated through the process of fault fixing. Having been warned an outside fault could take 42 to 72 hours to be resolved, a knock on the door at 8.15am on the 14/8 was most welcome. MJ Quinn's representative, Rafael, was considerate, friendly and extremely efficient with the issue resolved within 30 minutes, the fault lying in a junction box. With 4G available on my phone, the imposition was hardly noticed. Very satisfied.

(Almost) faultless service - a moving tale

With a house move pending, we called at Stellisons on the 9th December on the offchance that they had the ideal fridge freezer we were looking for (and to save us a trek to Currys!!). Looking on line at options had been fruitless. Greeted by Daniel who, in the space of about 3 minutes and a 25ft walk down the shop, had established our needs, steered us away from a 60/40 split and shown us the Liebherr 5704 50/50 split fridge freezer!! It was perfect in every sense and the deal was done along with a Blomberg washing machine. £1100 handed over. Now, for whatever reason, our long discussion about house completion on the 5th Jan and delivery required for the 6th January did not make it onto the system so when I called on the 5th January to check delivery times, to be told the Liebherr was not in stock and no delivery of any sort was scheduled, you can imagine I was pretty cheesed off. You might have heard that moving days can be pretty stressful and this topped it off (we had NO TV signal of any kind in the new house as well!!! Aaagghhh). Spoke to Daniel who confirmed no Liebherr delivery or stock ( as with other retailers we checked on that day). To his credit, he suggested we take the showroom model (which was pristine) and delivery could be set for both items on Monday 8th. A proportionate discount was agreed as well. I wasn't convinced, but there is, of course, a much higher power to whom all things kitchen related must be referred. It was a "Yes" from her so on the Saturday morning we went to the shop, confirmed condition and agreed delivery. I guess this is where the initial service Daniel provided helped Stellisons - the delivery issue was human error in some form, but overall service been excellent. So much so that we ended up buying a new microwave there as well. Items arrived Monday as promised. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful despite it beimg 6pm, freezing cold and still one drop-off to go. So, let's say 0.4 stars dropped for the delivery mix-up and round it up to 5 stars

Review of Flying Flowers

Excellent and worth the (nervous) wait!

On the back of a special offer, I ordered a £42 bouquet and vase for my wife for Brownie Point Sunday (aka Mothers Day!). Flying Flowers stated that 90% of their non-courier bouquets arrive on the due day (which I had scheduled for Saturday 18th March). So when I got in from football around 6pm to find no delivery, I thought I was the one in ten. However, around 8pm delivery was made by a very pleasant guy and suitably smuggled in. Later that night everything was secretly set up for the morning and I have to say they went down a storm. The bouquet was exactly as pictured on the FF site and the vase was brilliant too. Best of all, my wife adored both flowers and vase guaranteeing I would not be shouted at until at least the afternoon. In summary, they do what they promise, they deliver what they promise (and use nice couriers). Will definitely look to use again. Many thanks

Waits and Measures!!! Hopeless

Still waiting for system issue to allow a boiler service four months after they told me i needed one. My usage seems incredibly high for two people in a house. Will be looking to shift asap once the current energy pricing debacle settles and it's worth the effort to/we can move providers again. When I increased my existing DD by 210% (or £152) to cover the coming extortionate rise, I was told I was paying too much - yeah right!!

If you thought Lewis Hamilton was fast.......

Have recently had a problem with a relatively (6months) new tap starting to rust. Contacted Tapwarehouse customer service and within ten minutes of my contact, they had contacted supplier. Just 48 hours later a complete new tap arrived. That is phenomenal service from both Tapwarehouse and the supplier. Why would I ever go elsewhere? Thank you to all and especially Frankie on Customer Services.

No drop in standard despite being free

Have already made reference to customer service in respect of this pair in a previous review. over, glasses themselves ahve now arrived, and despite being a "free" replacement, there is no suggestion that they've just been sent out with the same level of care and quailty I've come to expect. Thank you again. They need to stop sending out such tempting offers though, or I'll end up with more glasses than socks!!!

Customer service is tremendous too. Why go elsewhere?

I own four pairs of Goggles4U glasses (more than I've ever owned previously) which includes varifocal sunglasses (my first pair in 40 years). However,I have already given five star reviews on some of the glasses I have bought so I thought I should highlight the great customer service I have experienced also. An issue arose with a pair of glasses I own and without any prompting/begging/subtle suggestion from me, Goggles4U offered to replace them free of charge. They even apologised profusely that the frames I originally had were no longer stocked. Unbelievable service. I continue to spread the word amongst my optically challenged friends.

Once again a very positive experience at Essex Car Sales for a service and MOT, together with a brake fluid change. They managed to get all work done just after lunch meaning I could make the school run for my grandson - always a top priority!! They under-promised and over-delivered. Perfect.
