Have recently had a problem with a relatively (6months) new tap starting to rust. Contacted Tapwarehouse customer service and within ten minutes of my contact, they had contacted supplier. Just 48 hours later a complete new tap arrived. That is phenomenal service from both Tapwarehouse and the supplier. Why would I ever go elsewhere?
