I bought Merril shoes and Cotswald slippers. Saved about 50 quid or so on the price of both combined. They came in a few days by Royal Mail. So for me everything was excellent, I already recommended this company to friends.

So after I made my order I realised that it was being despatched from China. I thought ffs nightmare. So I actually had misguided reservations about the order even getting here to uk. Well I was wrong...I got regular updates on the journey. It came with no hassles and within 10 days. No problem at all. I had read poor reviews after I'd placed my order and groaned...but I'll say that in my experience, it has been as reliable as any other site and any other delivery service. Item was what I expected so I'll give it full recommendations.

Third try at getting a full face helmet sent. First company lost it in transit..Next one let me know it wasnt in stock about a week after I expected it. Both times waiting on refunds.
Third time lucky.. Winstanley had the helmet in my house 3 days after I'd ordered it. No hassles, no messing about. Should have went here first as every time I've used them it's been simple and straightforward. Cheers

I never have any problems with Chain reaction. Always delivered and if any returns are needed it's easy. Still got OK deals.

Got the xo1 axs groupset on the sale price. This is a serious piece of running gear for the money. The boost version was sold out but changing the chainring for a 3mm offset chainring will remedy that for 90 quid or less. That's still a remarkable price on this groupset. Well done Tweeks. The order was delivered next day and in perfect condition..I think. Won't be putting it on bike for a cpl months. Other stuff to get. I'm impressed with the service and more importantly the price.

Got my order correct and very quickly delivered with no hassle. I'll use them again. Good prices also on my full face helmet and some oil n beake fluid etc. All in all a good shopping experience compared to other online stores.

As long as we give honest reviews trustpilot can relay the info back to future customers. This can help us from being ripped off or victims of substandard shoddy service. Works for me.

Simple to order, great price too. Got the Giant contact 150mm dropper for £89.99..bargain. It came really quickly and with no hassle..this was after crap issues with other suppliers and during Christmas rush so admittedly i wasnt filled with any great expectations. Ordered it on Christmas day had it delivered and fitted by the 29th. As a habitual bike part ordered I was overall very impressed with the service. Will recommend to others and use again.

Great price on a Met Roam helmet. No real hassle with delivery. A slight mistake on the address but the good tracking and parcelforce dealt with it swiftly. Have read some stinking reviews after ordering n had slight doubts creep in but tbh I'd use deporvillage again with no worries. Good experience overall.
