Terrible

Terrible, terrible service! I was waiting for having my order dispatched for 17 days, after contacting the company they cancelled my order without asking me what kind of compensation would be satisfactory. I am shocked.

Thank you Cameo for solving the problem

It took three days to get in touch with the manager but eventually, it turned out that Cameo was very helpful and understanding. I got her approval for my unusual request, and the case was solved. I assume the delay in contact was caused by the busy time of the year. Thank you!

Good Afternoon Agneiszka,

I have reviewed your feedback and can see that you placed your order with us on August 26th, 2022, you have since asked our customer service team to return the item for a refund. My team advised that we cannot accept the return as you are 2 weeks outside our 90 days returns window.

You called back yesterday and requested to speak to the manager, the request was sent to me and within an hour you posted this review of Natural Baby Shower.

We always try to assist our customers and have a very long returns window for this reason.

the worst customer service ever

the worst customer service ever, never buy from them!!! They made a huge problem with the order so in the end I did not go to the wedding party. I had no dress on time because of them! The order has been placed before 12 and I have confirmation on my email and they didn't take any responsibility for the result of late delivery. They split the delivery into 3 and I am still waiting, after one month!!! for over 100 pounds. Do not trust them!!!

Not great service

I ordered one of their item. After about 3-4 working days I received info by email that it is not in stock and they refunded. No one contacted me to establish what I would like to do. I brestfeeding and needed some suplements straight away. I had no option to place another order as my baby does mot let me to do it as she needs me all the time. Phone call from the company would sort my problem. They decided to create even more proplems for me.

I am very sorry that you are not happy with our service. First of all please accept my apology and let me explain. We had a problem in our system that did not show Omega 3 soft gels (180 soft gels) as out of stock even if this was the case. Due to this, you were able place the order on 17.09. On the 18th we realized we could not fulfil your order and for this reason, we issued you with a full refund. We then sent an email to let you know about the refund. I am sorry that we could not fulfil your order and I trust you appreciated our prompt refund. We have now fixed the problem on the system and now Omega 3 (120, 180,240, 360) appear as out of stock. We will let you know via email when they will be back in stock (along with a 10% discount code) in case you will be interested again in the purchase.
