Unprofessional Unethical Ignorant Drivers!

This is about the 8th time a Purolator driver lost/stole or did not deliver my order! Once again, their driver lied & claimed they tried to deliver my order when they did not! Myself & 3 family members were in the living room watching TV with a clear view of the road my driveway, sidewalk etc when the lying Purolator driver claimed he tried to deliver my order! Unless the driver & his truck are invisible, he did not show up! Going forward I will provide delivery instructions to Amazon that state: DO NOT DELIVER BY PUROLATOR & instruct them to "CANCEL" any & all orders they have to ship to me by Purolator! Tracking ID: ETL004814810 given by Purolator. As well, Purolator has a horrifying lack of customer service! I've now been on hold for the last
half hour waiting for a customer service rep to find out where my package is! And the A**holes only allow you to push 1 for a call back with a link to an on line CS chat bot that can't help, & not to a live person, showing how little they care about customers!

I hate TSN sooo much!!

I hate TSN sooo much!!! I bought it to watch NASCAR races, it's bad enough they lied & don't cover all the races, and AGAIN today when I click on their schedule that says it's the NASCAR race I get a football game!!! It's a typical Bell Canada product, absolute garbage and they don't care or they would have fixed this on going problem long ago!!!

Zero Stars

Zero Stars! They are fraudulent scammers & thieves! I went to the free Equifax site to view my credit report, they had a link to see my report at TransUnion so I checked my report there as well. moments later, even though there was no mention of the option to purchase a membership, no one asked me if I wanted to buy a membership or for my credit card number yet they charged my Visa $28.19 without authorization, claiming I purchesed an annual membership at $25.00 per month + tax!!! I have been on hold now for nearly an hour & still waiting to talk to someone at TransUnion!!! I will definitely be filling a formal complaint with the CFPB regarding their unethical practice!!!

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! Todays scam: I just won 100% OFF any 3 items! After you pick them, you discover you have to spend $35 on stuff you don't need, after you do that, then you find out, you have to spend another $35 to qualify for 1 of the 3 items! I canceled the order and they tell me I won't get a refund until July, more than 3 weeks from now! As well, as soon as I get my refund, I'm deleting my TEMU app, I do not do business with any company this unethical!

NEVER BUYING AGAIN! Rude Ignorant lying CS staff refuses to answer questions & hangs up on you!!!

On May 29th I placed an on line order for pick-up at the Kapuskasing store, a glitch in the CTC software changed the pick-up location to Cochran over an hour away, then without authorization they canceled my order! After CTC "processing" my cancelation for about a week, I called CTC CS on June 6th, I was told by the Cochran store my order was canceled & a refund had been issued, that was a LIE! I received an e-mail "claiming" I picked up the order, even thought I had not, as it was supposed to be canceled & then discovered they "charged" my card a second time! Today June 7th @ or about 3:09 PM I spoke with a very rude ignorant CTC CS employee that talked over me, ignored me & refused to answer a question, instead she hung up on me!!! CTC "USED TO BE" a good store with good customer service, now, I have never been treated so bad by any CS rep anywhere! Due to the lie's aggravation & abuse by their CS staff, after being a customer for over 50 years, spending about $5k a yr, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CTC AGAIN, AND I'LL WARN EVERYONE ON SCOCIAL MEDEA HOW SLEAZY & UNETHICAL CTC HAS BECOME!!!
UPDATE: Re: 3:09 pm call to CTC CS today. Even though I have a reference # showing I was to receive a refund yesterday, now, instead of a refund, I have to "WAIT" again, this time for CTC to do an "Investigation"! CTC has really changed and now has among the WORST customer service of any retailer! The only thing they are good at is; getting rid of customers!

I'm already regretting buying NORTON!!!

I just installed NORTON 360 Premium with Utilities and even though I marked my sites as safe, so I would not have to re-enter log in info, I can't even access most of them anymore, what A piece of garbage, so aggravating!!! I'm already regretting buying NORTON!!! Don't buy NORTON or you'll regret it, they created hours of work for me, even though I followed their instructions!

I'M DONE WITH CTC, NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!

I placed an online order May 29th for pick-up at the Kapuskasing store, a glitch in their software changed the pick-up store to Cochrane over an hour away, then without calling me or even asking for authorization they canceled my order and have now been "Processing" the cancelation for 4 days, when I called CTC CS they lied to me & said after my refund is processed it will take "my bank" 3 to 5 days to process the refund. I'm a retiered merchant service sales manager & that decision is Canadian Tires, not my banks! When I asked their CS rep if my refund has been issued, he put me on hold and never came back, I waited over 20 minutes while becoming even more frustrated, so frustrated I will never buy from CTC again! The CS rep I talked to June 4th @ 12:40pm to 12:59 pm that never came back cost CTC a customer of over 50 years that used to spend about $5k a year their & due to horrible service, I'm never coming back!!! UPDATE: Instead of issuing my refund, CTC has now been "Processing" my refund for 5 days! They really know how to get rid of custmoers!

Blank screen for Daytona 500 TSN = FRAUD!

It's bad enough TSN claims to cover all NASCAR races when they DO NOT! But to block paying customers from watching the NASCAR Daytona 500 WHEN THEY SCHEDUAL IT TO GET YOU TO BUY A SUBSCRIPTION is unacceptable!!! I think it's time for the CRTC (or better yet, Elon Musk) to investigate TSN for FRAUD!

Absolutely horrible web site!!! Site won't let me access my account to buy tickets because it says I have to live in Ontario, I have lived in Ontario my entire life & still do! Then is says to turn off my VPN, I'm a techie & "I DO NOT HAVE A VPN" typical government garbage site!!! As well, turns out they discriminate against people in small town by NOT sending as high a percentage of winning scratch tickets to small towns!!!

Now a scam & no customer service

I was a customer of AliExpress for many years & spent thousands of dollars on thier site, but no longer since their parent company ran into financial problems, they no longer value their customers. They now scam you, take your money, don't deliver & ignore you! The stress agrivation & abuse from having refund dates pushed back by nearly 5 MONTHS is too much, I will never buy from them again!!! I have discovered TEMU has drastically better customer service lower prices & faster more reliable shipping!

After spending nearly an hour on the phone trying to have an unauthorized transaction removed, once again, the CIBC customer service rep disconnects me before fixing the problem and doesn't bother to call back!!!! Your incompetent undertrained staff are making me hate CIBC!!!
