WARNING: Absolutely imposable to reach a live person for help, I have been trying to find a way to contact customer service for over 8 hours now! Instead of issuing a refund when an order is canceled, they charge you a second time, then claim it will take my bank 20 days to process a refund that can be done same day! Most sellers I have delt with when they make a mistake are non-responsive & play games with you, hoping you'll give up with no refund!

It seems most every month CIBC makes new errors on one of my accounts or doesn't keep a promise to resolve the last problem they created! This month it was an unauthorised transfer by CIBC from my savings account to my credit line! What is wrong with this bank that they fail to provide legally required disclosure and make transactions without authorization? Then, after wasting about a half hour on the phone with CS, they disconnect me and didn't bother to call back, so I had to waist more time and start all over again, as the first CS rep failed to make the promised corrections! Even though I told the CS rep I have level 3 hypertension & CIBC is causing me to have anxiety attracts, he told me I will have to call back again to have the fee's they're charging me for their unauthorized transaction reversed!
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, THIS IS INSAIN!!! The above issue was from about 4 hours ago. I just checked my account & there is a NEW UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION & CHARGE FROM THE CIBC ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!! A message to CIBC, you have made it very clear that you have nothing but distain for your clients, so you're going to loose this one, enough is enough, I'm booking an appointment with another bank asap & moving all the business I have with you!!!

I seriously regret becoming a CIBC customer! Today was the second time I reported a merchant charging my card without authorization, only to be blown off again by a CIBC CS rep, even though I provided proof from the merchant that the charges were declined, CIBC refused to reverse the charges or do anything to help me! As soon as I can, I will close all my CIBC accounts & take my business to a bank that appreciates & stands behind it's customers!

Do not buy or upgrade to Norton "Utilities Ultimate" unless you like signing back into every website you use, everyday! Once you do, you can not go back to Utilities Premium.
I spent over an hour with Norton tech support Case: ID 85018803 trying to fix the problem, I was constantly ignored, the tech support rep was incompetent, he could not solve my problem, became frustrated at his failures & disconnected me without cause or notice!!! Norton has the worst tech support in the industry, & now there software is to annoying to use, so after decades of being a Norton customer, I'm uninstalling Norton 360 with months of paid time remaining and buying a new virus protection software from someone else!!! Norton is not worth the aggravation when there are so many better products available from other companies! After todays experience, I will NEVER BUY NORTON PRODUCTS AGAIN!!!

CIBC not only doesn't stand by customers that are billed without authorization, they make you spend HOURS ON HOLD instead of adding the feature where you "Push 1 to be called back"...I guess CIBC just doesn't care about it's clients! H & R Block "Deluxe" tax software is unbelievably inaccurate! Even though the data entered by me is identical to what's in my NOA, H & R Block refund calculations were off by about $2000 and now I have a nightmare tax problem! After calling your Help desk, I received NO HELP at all, when I requested a refund for the defective software, I was told I would get an answer within 30 day's!!! Thanks for nothing, all I got from your software is stress and a big tax problem!!!

When a merchant of CIBC lies to you, try's to scam you, commits a crime that you have proven to CIBC, this bank sides with the criminal and let's them steal your money, just so they can keep their monthly bank fee's! CIBC is morally bankrupt, if you wish to have safe banking, with a bank that respects it's customers and the law, stay away from CIBC. As well, Eastview Chevrolet in Kapuskasing lies to it's customers, illegally withholds and hides requested service records on the vehicle you're inquiring about, and when their sales rep's ask for a "Refundable Deposit" to hold the vehicle until you make a decision, well, they lie, it's NOT REFUNDABLE!!! They even demand you buy a vehicle damaged on their lot, after you looked at it, refuse to repair it and claim you bought it without a signature or verbal agreement!!! Eastview will soon be investigated by their government regulatory body. OMVIC, for the crimes they committed!!!

Don't ruin your occasion! My wife is still crying, they used a discount to trick me into calling a live person to place my order, for Valentines Day, they knew, they could not deliver anymore on Valentines day, so, you likely couldn't place an online order for that day. They were delivered "the day after" Valentines Day, flower's were frozen solid, and crushed!!! Customer service leaves you on hold for about 5 minutes, then says goodbye and hangs up, it's thier default system to get rid of you, live chat tells you they can't help you, and will send someone an email, and allegedly, someone will get back to you, then they disappear!!! Again, my wife is still crying!!! Don't risk ruining you occasion, Don't buy from Bloomex.ca

I've been a KFC customer for over half a century, the Lindsay, Ontario location on Kent St. is the only one I've ever been unsatisfied with. I normally have KFC twice a week, I no-longer do, now, only when I'm out of town. Before the new manager took over, even if you were the only customer there, it would always take 20 to 30 minutes to get your food, "after" you ordered, often, there was three or four other cars in line, one or two would always give up and leave the line. The last three times in a row, I received the wrong order, and/or had food items missing. If you order a meal with dark meat, specify "NO WHITE MEAT" or half your order will be; old, dried out white meat, that's to tough, even for my dog's and cat's to eat! I went to KFClistens.ca, and no one listened, no one got back to me about the problems I had at this location.

Go ahead and try, you'll spend hours going in circles and just end up going crazy because it's not possible to contact them if you have a problem with anything!!! There phone number actually tells you they have stopped providing customer service!!!
I'm Buying American Made now and being that everything on Amazon is made in China by the people that sent Covid-19 here for political reasons to kill us, I'll never buy from Amazon again, and I'm really regretting past purchases.

Buyer Beware: When you make an on-line purchase from a Canadian Store, they hide in the fine print, that you will be charged in American Dollars! Extremely unethical company, after you discover you have been tricked, you will have to spend HOURS on the phone to get your money back, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen, no one knows anything, be prepared to be transferred at least 4 or 5 times and still not have your problem resolved!
