Would be 5 stars apart form one VERY bad flaw.
service, but only giving one star due to this one, very important fact... They deliberately do not have any way of contacting them in the event of a problem.
No contact details on the website, no phone number, no email. Just a next to USELESS help and support link that just lists common answers to common queries and if your query is not in that 'carefully filtered list' forget it!
For example: I order a repeat prescription for Omeprazole every month or so as, and when I need it, so I have to use the [Search] facility on the website to select and add said medication to my order.
However, when I type 'Omeprazole' the result I get is:
Omeprazole?
or
Omeprazole?
Yep spot the difference... None!
However, if I click the first option I get offered a choice of FOUR Omeprazole medications in liquid form, but not the one I have (Capsules).
If I click the second option, you would expect the same offerings as the first as they are both spelt the same, but no... I get a list of about 15 different Medications ranging from liquids, tablets, capsules etc including exactly the same FOUR as when I click the first option.
This is clearly a database error, and that alone does not instil confidence in a person getting the correct medications, but add the fact they make it impossible for you, the public / customers, to point out such a problem just smacks of :
"We are making money off you but don't want to deal with the likes of you or your problems, hence we give you no way of contacting us"
Shame on you and every other internet company that seems to adopt this 'Don't try and contact us' stance, which is all too common in this day and age.
I am seriously thinking of changing to another company purely because of this one VERY annoying and dare I say 'Disrespectful' fact.

The fact you had to talk me through how to get to the 'contact' information, and the 'live Chat' option via circuitous route really only reinforced my complaint that it is not easy to find either.
Fair enough the 'Contact' information is available on the home page if you scroll down, but as pointed out, once you log on which is what most existing customers do it is no longer available unless you navigate back to the homepage again and that is only done by clicking on the pharmacy2U text in the top left corner. Again, not obvious.
We agreed to disagree in the end, but I do hope you bring the lack 'Obvious' contact information to your IT team as you implied you would, and make 'Contact' and 'Live Chat' options available at a higher level within your website.
Hopefully I can give a better review in due course, but for now I feel I have to leave it at one star due to the aforementioned reason.
