Would be 5 stars apart form one VERY bad flaw.

service, but only giving one star due to this one, very important fact... They deliberately do not have any way of contacting them in the event of a problem.

No contact details on the website, no phone number, no email. Just a next to USELESS help and support link that just lists common answers to common queries and if your query is not in that 'carefully filtered list' forget it!

For example: I order a repeat prescription for Omeprazole every month or so as, and when I need it, so I have to use the [Search] facility on the website to select and add said medication to my order.

However, when I type 'Omeprazole' the result I get is:

Omeprazole?
or
Omeprazole?

Yep spot the difference... None!

However, if I click the first option I get offered a choice of FOUR Omeprazole medications in liquid form, but not the one I have (Capsules).

If I click the second option, you would expect the same offerings as the first as they are both spelt the same, but no... I get a list of about 15 different Medications ranging from liquids, tablets, capsules etc including exactly the same FOUR as when I click the first option.

This is clearly a database error, and that alone does not instil confidence in a person getting the correct medications, but add the fact they make it impossible for you, the public / customers, to point out such a problem just smacks of :

"We are making money off you but don't want to deal with the likes of you or your problems, hence we give you no way of contacting us"

Shame on you and every other internet company that seems to adopt this 'Don't try and contact us' stance, which is all too common in this day and age.

I am seriously thinking of changing to another company purely because of this one VERY annoying and dare I say 'Disrespectful' fact.

Edit: Thank you also for your telephone conversation.

The fact you had to talk me through how to get to the 'contact' information, and the 'live Chat' option via circuitous route really only reinforced my complaint that it is not easy to find either.

Fair enough the 'Contact' information is available on the home page if you scroll down, but as pointed out, once you log on which is what most existing customers do it is no longer available unless you navigate back to the homepage again and that is only done by clicking on the pharmacy2U text in the top left corner. Again, not obvious.

We agreed to disagree in the end, but I do hope you bring the lack 'Obvious' contact information to your IT team as you implied you would, and make 'Contact' and 'Live Chat' options available at a higher level within your website.

Hopefully I can give a better review in due course, but for now I feel I have to leave it at one star due to the aforementioned reason.

With regards to searching and adding medication to your repeat list, if this is not on the repeat list held with your GP surgery, you may need to search for this and add manually while logged into your account.

Due to the range, format and strengths of medications, these may appear in more than one list, If the medication does not appear in the first list, then please move on to the next list and so on until the medication, format and strength is located.

Contact information can be located on our website and links to start a Live Chat are also available in the help and support pages of our Website.

Many functions and processes can be managed via the online account, the help pages provide information and in some cases a step by step guides on how to carry out certain tasks. If the information required cannot be located within the help and support pages, there is then an option to ask for more help, this will then take you to a page where you can start a Live Chat of the option to call us by telephone.
The feedback you have provided will be passed to the relevant departments.

Ents24 have dropped the ball :-(

I have been with this company many years, but it seems as they have grown they have got lazier and lazier.

I am supposed to be notified ASAP if any of my listed fav bands tickets go on sale.

Today I find 'Brit Floyd' tickets are being sold for Cadogan Hall in London but the gig is not even listed on Ents24 website yet.

Don't use this company unless you do not mind missing out on concerts because they can't keep their website up to date or inform you.

I had so much respect for the 'personal' touch ents24 used to give when they were smaller, but like so many companies that make it big, that 'care' for a quality service appears to have gone out of the window.

Brit Floyd is my favorite tribute band for what used to be my all-time favorite band.

Imagine how I would have felt if I had missed a concert because Ents24 are dropping the ball...!

I suggest using other booking sites as a cross-check. Don't rely on Ents24 to keep you up to date on concerts.

Second negative review !!!!!

I so wish I could leave negative stars.

Over 3 months of complaining about my smart meter not working as the gas usage has been stuck on £5.19 for 5 months, and they finally send someone today, but ONLY after I left a scathing review on here about 5 days ago.

So... Engineer arrived at 9am this morning, spent about 20 minutes in the cupboard where my electric and gas meters are, then told me it's all sorted, and my smart meter display would sort itself out after two hours...

SIX HOURS LATER AND THE DISPLAY IS STILL STUCK ON £5.19 FOR GAS. THE SAME AS IT HAS BEEN SINCE BACK IN FEBRUARY. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Should I really be surprised, I ask myself?

Ok just got off the phone to them YET AGAIN, and same old apologies and promises, so let's hope there are such things as miracles.

Great service UNTIL!

Great service until you have a problem!!!!!

They talked me into getting a smart meter, and less than a year later it stopped displaying gas usage and only showed Electricity usage. I carried out the tests and resets they recommended several times and as suspected was told there is a fault at my end and "They are looking into it"!

Every time I phone I get a pre recorded message that just says "We are aware you have a problem, and we are looking into it"!!!!!

When I do manage to get through to a human being I get the usual calming bleats and promises that amount to NOTHING!

The last time I spoke to them, I was told they would 'Escalate' my problem. I demanded an e-mail stating they would do that and was promised one. However, I ended the call and 20 minutes later what e-mail did I get!?

The same 'Standard' e-mail they sent me three times already asking me to try this and try that...

This has been going on for 3 F'ing months, and I am of the opinion they do not give a sh#t!

They will bend over backwards to sign you up as a customer, but once they have, that's where it ends!

After 3 months of Phone calls and e-mails and only getting "We are looking into it" when they obviously are NOT has left me depressed and seething!

Next stop OFGEM!

Yet again Royal Mail screw up!

Yet again, Royal Mail cannot get their act together. Returned home to an e-mail saying a tracked item had been delivered to me while I was out!

Item is too big for my letterbox, so can only assume they dumped it outside my door and logged it as delivered!

Of course, they also make sure it is nigh on impossible to talk to anyone about it, as that would be too easy!

Avoid

I purchased two Gosund RGB bulbs via Amazon (Who now no longer seem to sell them?) about 2 years ago.
Today I got a new hub and as such changed my network password, and had to reconnect all my smart devices.

I had no problems at all with my 'Amazon Echo', My 'Eufy Security Camera' or my various 'Tapo Smart Sockets'. No matter what I tried, I could not get the Gosund RGB Bulbs to connect using updated network settings. I downloaded the latest software etc, and still no luck.

I remember it being a bit of a nightmare trying to set them up in the first place, so today they go in the bin and I have ordered 'Tapo' ones instead.


Setting up smart devices should not be this painful or time consuming...

PS: I am an IT Specialist, so it's not a case of my not knowing what I am doing.

Not impressed with blasé attitude of customer support..

Not impressed. Price was reasonable, but delivery was delayed, and then when I was informed DHL had it on the van for delivery I stayed at home all day only to find DHL had taken it back to the depot without even attempting delivery.

On talking to BOX customer support about how annoyed I was, all I got was 'Expect it will be back on the van tomorrow'.

Did not seem to care one jot that I had already spent one day at home, and now had to spend another with NO guarantee it will be delivered tomorrow either!

I am not blaming BOX as it is DHL that is messing me about, but would expect a business to show some concern that their chosen courier is messing their customers about.

I should have paid the extra 5% and ordered from Amazon and got next day delivery. Oh well, lesson learnt.

Edit: Update. Thank you 'Box' for contacting me via e-mail following this review.

Thank you also for offering me a discount voucher, which I said thank you to but I never received.

Thank you also for making me chase this up again about a week later as you did not sort anything or get back to me following the intial e-mail from your Sales Manager.

But... un-sarcastically, A big thank you to Josh who I spoke to on the phone who actually refunded me within the next 48 hours as he promised.

Guy deserves a raise...

Usually very good but this time >>>NOT IMPRESSED<<<

What is the point of leaving specific instructions on DPD's website if the driver is just going to ignore them!?
I said to use the entry buzzer for my flat to alert me, and they just used the 'trades' button. I added that if they had gained entry to the flats then to knock 'LOUDLY' (Yes, I even put it in capitals. I have along dog-leg hallway and do not hear tentative knocks). Again, they did not do this either.
I choose a local pickup shop for the parcel to be dropped off at if they could not deliver for any reason. They did not do this EITHER as they now say they will deliver tomorrow when I had planned to be out!
I walked into my hallway about 11am this morning and saw the 'missed you' card sticking through my letterbox!

Come on DPD! It's not rocket science!!! Do not pretend to care by asking me to be 'GREEN' and pick a drop-off shop in the event of a failed delivery.
How 'GREEN' are you if you do not bother with customers specific delivery instructions?

May I suggest you remove those options from your website, as they are clearly just for 'show'.

Oh, and as for scanning the QR code on the calling card and typing in the 'Calling Card Number' on your website only to get "Sorry. That number is not recognised". Yep... Again, make people THINK you you kind of care?

Just a follow-up to my 'one star' review of three days ago where I explained I cancelled my purchase of a washing machine due to them messing up the order, and due to not answering their phones forcing me to travel 30 miles twice! First to Purchase. Then to Cancel.
Even when they replied to my earlier Trustpilot review they could not even get my name right, thus further proving their total ineptitude.
I cancelled all e-mails from them vowing to never purchase anything from them ever again. In the past I have been messed about by Curry's and even lied to!

Well this morning should not have come as a surprise that Curry's e-mailed me thanking me for purchasing my washing machine from them.

Hey wakey wakey Curry's, I ended up purchasing it from 'ao.com' not you, you bunch of imbeciles.

Now reply to this review and maybe get my name right at least?

Not very impressed

Not very impressed. Informed me via e-mail this morning at 10:30am that my parcel was due to be delivered that day, so NO advance notice and I happened to be out fishing all day from 6am.
I went online and asked for it to be left with a neighbour, and got a confirmation they would do this.
Got another e-mail before getting home to say they had "Left it in a safe place as requested"?
I did not request that at all as there is NO safe place, as I live in a block of flats.
Got home to find the very large parcel just left in front of my door in a communal hallway, NOT SAFE AT ALL!
Stepping over the parcel to get into my flat, I find a card they had put through my letterbox saying they had left the parcel outside my front door?
Well, I would never have guessed, having just climbed over it to get in!
I am guessing that having any kind of IQ level above 10 is NOT a prerequisite to work for YODEL.

Just to say I was very impressed with…

Just to say I was very impressed with my latest Yodel delivery. The online tracking telling me how many stops away my parcel was, and where the driver currently was in my area, gave me the confidence to pop out for an hour or so to do a bit of shopping without worrying I would miss the delivery.
I do not always go on Trustpilot to leave positive reviews (Human Nature. We tend to shout more about the bad stuff) but I thought "You know what. Credit where credit is due".

I really cannot believe the total inneptitude.

I really cannot believe the total incompetence of Curry's!
The last item I bought from them, I had nothing but problems, and stupidly I have used them AGAIN!
Drove 15 miles to my local store to order a new washing machine. Told the 'young' lad I wanted my old one taken away and my new one fitted. "No problem Sir". Let him type everything up on his screen and he proffered the Visa machine to me, so I could slide in my card and type my pin. I could not see the screen due to the angle by hey I would have the print-out. So I say "everything is on there, The Fitting and Collect of the old machine?". "Yes sir all taken care of. We will deliver on Saturday, Fit and take away your old machine". I fold the paperwork and put it in my pocket, thank the lad and drive 15miles home. I get indoors and look at the paperwork which says at the top".
"YOU HAVE PAID FOR 0 ITEMS TO BE COLLECTED FOR RECYCLING"!!!!
I check my till receipt, and lo and behold I have only been charged for the machine to be delivered DESPITE my stating I want it fitted and my old one taken away several times!
Of course, you can't ring them. Only a help desk which I think is in India and that took me ages to get through to.
THEY tried to ring the branch I had just returned from, and she even said "They do not usually pick up the phone". She was right. Came back and said she would e-mail them and 'Hopefully' someone would ring me back.
I am fuming! My cat is more competent than this bunch of imbeciles!
| fully expect I am going to have to drive another 15miles and back to sort this mess out. If I do have to then I will be demanding my money back. I do not expect to have to spent petrol on a total 60-mile journey as well as my time to cater for the CIRCUS that is Curry's yet again!
UPDATE:
Ended up driving the 15miles back to Curry's as no phone call. Told them what they could do with the washing machine and demanded a full refund. Will now Purchase elsewhere. Well done yet again Curry's.

LOL Update #2! They can't even get my name right on their reply!!!!! What a bunch of... LOL

Zooplus are great BUT! don't trust the reviews.

Zooplus used to be great, and I have previously left a 5-star review but, and this is the ONLY reason I have given just 1-star on this occasion.

This is because I left a 1-star review of a product on their website of a product I purchased because it was not what I expected.

It turned out to be the same as a product you could buy for a fraction of the price elsewhere and in my opinion it was just a repackaging of an existing product to 'glitz' it up to charge more for it, and this is what I pointed out in my product review

I guess Zoolplus did not like what I had to say and so never published my review.

This begs the question "How accurate are the other reviews on their website?

I will continue to use Zooplus because in lots of other respects they are great. It is just their 'Honesty' I now have no faith in.

Is there no end to their ineptitude!?

Curry's just seem to go from bad to worse in my opinion. They have got so big now they just do not care.
Tried to buy a high end gaming monitor online and it was out of stock. Fair enough I tried to fill in the 'contact me when in stock' option and it just repeatedly throws up an 'invalid e-mail address' error every time (I even tried cut and past just to prove to myself I had not gone crazy). I can only assume it is because I have a hyphen (-) in the my e-mail address which used to cause problems over 20 years ago!
Curry's try and put across that they are tech savvy...what a joke!

NOT HAPPY

Not happy...... I have been with Direct line for some time now but recently purchase a new car. I phoned Direct Line to make sure the insurance was set up on my new car and cancelled on my old car. All was ok or so it seemed. I was quoted the higher premium etc and that was that.
However, having not received a new policy certificate or any other confirmation in writing, I logged on to their website and requested a new Certificate be sent as it had been 3 weeks and I have received nothing.

That was a day or so ago. Today I get an e-mail which just says:

"Thank you for your recent correspondence. Following your request for a copy of your Manual Certificate, I am unable to find the correct policy number. If you need further assistance, then please feel free to contact us again.

What the F..!? So what do I do?..... Well I try ringing them only to be told by an automated answering machine that due to Covid I should use the website for queries....DUH.
So now I do not even know if I actually HAVE any car insurance!?
Well done Direct Line. Perhaps you can tell me here what I should do before I tell you what you can do?

Not as simple as they make out.

I recently bought a £1,600 TV in store but it was not in stock. Curry's said they would deliver it free of charge on a day of my choosing and I would be contacted when it was in stock and due for delivery. (sounds simple?)........

So yesterday I get a text saying it will be delivered Tuesday morning (When I am not in). The text said "Not going to be in? Let us know on our website".

Well surprise surprise, there is NOWHERE on the website where you can 'Let them know' and no contact phone number either!

I eventually tracked down a Curry's phone number from an unrelated phone number lookup website, and got through to someone at Curry's who has now changed the delivery to the next day.

They did point out that there is a phone number on my receipt. Not obvious and why not on the website or at least say on the website "Contact number on your till receipt only".

NOT GOOD ENOUGH CURRY'S.........
If you do not actually want customers contacting you say so and do not make it near impossible..COVID or not!
Curry's? Other stores ARE available.............

PS: I was going to give 3 stars but heck. A promise should mean something, and I do not like being hoodwinked so sorry Curry's 1 Star...........

Absolute Liars!

Waited in all day as UPS tracking stated "delivery by end of day" it is now 10pm and no delivery, though the website now claims 3 attempts were made and I was not in!
I have a very loud buzzer entry system here, and even tested it and I can hear it OUTSIDE the main entrance let alone inside my flat. 'NO' attempt at delivery has been made. A bunch of bloody liars! Wish I could give 0 stars.

So far so good. Seems to be a great company so I have not shopped around this year like I usually do. I am assuming their rates are as competative as always.
I have been with Octopus for about 18months now and like the online entry of meter readings.
