Not impressed with blasé attitude of customer support..
Not impressed. Price was reasonable, but delivery was delayed, and then when I was informed DHL had it on the van for delivery I stayed at home all day only to find DHL had taken it back to the depot without even attempting delivery.
On talking to BOX customer support about how annoyed I was, all I got was 'Expect it will be back on the van tomorrow'.
Did not seem to care one jot that I had already spent one day at home, and now had to spend another with NO guarantee it will be delivered tomorrow either!
I am not blaming BOX as it is DHL that is messing me about, but would expect a business to show some concern that their chosen courier is messing their customers about.
I should have paid the extra 5% and ordered from Amazon and got next day delivery. Oh well, lesson learnt.

Thank you also for offering me a discount voucher, which I said thank you to but I never received.
Thank you also for making me chase this up again about a week later as you did not sort anything or get back to me following the intial e-mail from your Sales Manager.
But... un-sarcastically, A big thank you to Josh who I spoke to on the phone who actually refunded me within the next 48 hours as he promised.
Guy deserves a raise...
