I almost purchased a couple of masks…BUT

I almost purchased a couple of masks from these people who are pushing themselves as the top mask supplier and WHO approved etc etc. Then I noticed a bad typo on their main webpage.
"NanoTechnology® materials and is washable a reusable" 'a' reusable?
NO reputable company would allow this to slip through, and based on other customers remarks, I will not be ordering, and will also be advising others to avoid.
I also note the have not bothered to reply to the bad reviews here....

Cruel actions for no reason......

I have been a member of LiveLeak for many years, but two days ago I had cause to lodge a complaint about another member, who had made a public but false and frankly dangerous allegation against me.

Within a few hours of reporting it to LiveLeak I find that although I can still log on to the website, I cannot access any videos or even my own account without getting:

"your user group cannot access this channel"

This is disgraceful, and even though I have contacted them asking why, and to allow me access, I have had no reply.

Over the years I have made lots of friends on LiveLeak, who I now have no way of contacting or messaging, and they will not know why I have not been in touch.

This extremely cruel to say the least!

I hope Liveleak will re-instate my access but would not be surprised if on reading this they cancel my account completely.

I will post another review hopefully with good news rather than bad.

Received a text and e-mail this morning at 8am informing me.

Your MD IMPORTS LTD parcel XA2470280 will be delivered by Alexandru from Parcelforce today and it should be with you between 08:50am and 09:50am.

9:50am came and went and the tracking site repeatedly said it was 'Out For Delvery' right up to 5:30pm this evening when it then claimed.
Quote:
'Delivery attempted' There is a problem with the delivery of your parcel. Please check the tracking details below and our enhanced help for additional information on the status of your parcel and what to do next.
Unquote:
1) Outright lie as NO attempt was made as I have a very loud entry buzzer and would definately have heard it!
2) You cannot get through to anyone other than an automated response that eventually loops back to main options. (Impossible)

Now I live in 'South Essex' and their Depot is in 'North Essex' so how they even thought they would get here for between 8:50am and 9:50am is beyond me? Also the tracking site says delivery was not attempted till 5:30 anyway!!??
This is not the first time this has happened with 'ParcelFarce', and I suspect what actually went down was along the lines of:
"I'm not driving all the way to South Essex to deliver just one or two Parcels. I will keep them in my van all day and then claim 'Attempted Delivery' so I can knock off early......."
Now I cannot prove this but conversely, they are blatant LIARS!!!!
Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Hello Derek - I'm sorry to see from the tracking that the driver recorded that there was a problem with the delivery of your parcel and so no delivery attempt was recorded, and I can understand your disappointment.

The driver's route would have been for a section of South Essex rather than just your parcels, and I can assure you that it was not the case that they didn't want to drive down to South Essex

The tracking shows that there was an address query raised at 17:21, which has now been resolved and your parcel is back out for delivery today

Beware online ordering.................

Well to be honest it looks like I was given a bit of a runaround trying to order a phone. Used Paypal to pay online. but when taken back to the website, I got an on screen message saying the order had not gone through.
So I phoned Ligo who confirmed the payment had not gone through, and that I should re-order using my credit card.
Thankfully, I did not do that because before I could, I got an email from paypal saying payment HAD gone through!
I phoned Ligo yet again, but this time a different lady tells me the order HAD gone through (This despite the webpage still insisting it had NOT).
I could so easily have ended up buying two phones, and would have had an even bigger mess to sort out.
Just a heads up, as Ligo have good reviews but beware if you are informed your order has NOT gone through...Phone and check!

ZooPlus?......Excellent!

First time I have used Zooplus and VERY impressed so far. I was looking for a cheaper Cat Food and stumbled upon Zooplus.co.uk
I usually try and buy Felix 'As good as it looks' for my cat because she is quite a fussy eater but now find some Supermarkets are charging up to £14 for the larger boxes of 40 /44 pouches so when I spotted 3x44 boxes for only £33.99 (at time of writting) it was a no-brainer ok so the boxes online looked like they were printed in German and I was expecting a long delay before they arrived I actually got them within 3 days!!!
Definately going to be using them again..........

I hope this is NOT indicative?

Ok I will try this company BUT at present it has taken 15minutes just to download the 58.8Mb install file for windows and that is on a 30Mbs Broadband connection. IF the horrendously slow speed just to download their desktop install file is indicative of their transfer speeds in general then this does NOT bode well.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They lie and tell you they attempted delivery when they clearly had not. I live in a small block of 9 flats with a buzzer system on the communal door and it is LOUD!
Sunday morning:
No buzzer. no one pressed the 'Trades' button to gain entry which is available between 8am an 12noon because no one knocked on my flat door and no one posted a calling card saying "Attempted Delivery"
Not the first time this has happened with Hermes. I am convinced they lie if they do not have many parcels so they can 'roll it over' untill they have a lot of parcels in that area to deliver. Can't prove it but it sure seems like it.

Won't take 'NO' for an answer!

I wrote a 2 star review back on 16th of December stating that they kept pestering me despite my asking them to STOP sending e-mails and mail shots.

They glibly replied that "I only had to ask them to stop" well guess what. I still get pestered by them via e-mail DESPITE repeatedly clicking on 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of their e-mails.

This alone is why I will not use these people as they are bullies and just keep pestering.

It will be interesting to see if they again glibly reply that "I only have to ask them to stop" Despite my repeated attempts at doing just that.

I fully expect to continue to get e-mails from them as they simply do not seem care.

If you read this Age Partnership Please STOP sending me mail!

Not used them yet but going off them big time!

Not used them yet and just made preliminary enquiries explaining that I am not retiring until March and could they contact me again in early January. Seemed very helpful as I said I was fed up with constant phone calls from them and other pension brokers. The others all backed off and respected my wishes but these people have innundated me with mail shots now with up to two a week for nearly two months.
They may be good in the long run but thier pushyness is really P#ss#ng me off.
Not sure I will use them now as I hate heavy handed sales.
Threw a mailshot away this Friday but after a weekend away I came home today (Monday morning) to yet another mailshot laying on the hallway carpet!

Well I have been more than happy for the last few years

I have been with Flow Energy for 3- 4 years now and they have always been excellent. I have been on two low rate tarriffs with Flow that have beaten competitors rates. I pay each month by Direct Debit and enter my meter readings online each month. I can't say what their customer support is like as I have never had occasion to use it.

I received an e-mail this morning saying they are merging with Octopus Energy who have a high Trust Pilot rating and that was what I really came here to look at.
