Received delivery from them with boxes mangled and covered in brown tape and the items in the boxes were broken with instructions missing and these were not small items it was furniture! They obviously take no care with people's parcels.
And thier parcel tracking is terrible but don't try to contact them as you won't be able to!

We have bought a number of items and every single item received was damaged and a lot of items didn't line up so had bits sticking out where they shouldn't be and lots of wood that has bowed so had to wait for replacement parts to be sent out. And thier customer service matches the quality of the products received.
I regret buying furniture from them and wouldn't advise anyone to do so !
Shocking seeing the adverts on tv of people being rescued and them not showing what the donations are really paying for. The only lifeboats I see nowadays are taxying illegal migrants to our shores and I will never donate to this service again !
The labour party are a disgraceful group penalising the British public every chance they get and can't even defend our country from dinghies they are giving away the country our forefathers defended and died for they lie about everything and are going to destroy this country. The sooner they are gone the better !
There is a very good reason they are only a one term party.
We had chest of drawers delivered with some parts bowed and shoddy repair work done to draw front so contacted their unsympathetic customer service who said they would send out replacement parts then five days go past and no parts so contacted them again and apparently the replacement parts got lost in post even tho it's a private currier so then waited another four days then parts arrived and when we thought great we can put it up we found there to be another part that was obviously cut too short so contacted them again this time to be ignored! Thier customer service is as good as thier shoddy products.
We are now just going to sell any of their shoddy furniture we have and go to IKEA but even charity shop furniture would be better than this company's tat.
Cheap Chinese tat it's all poundland quality and they have so many different seller's they can't keep track of orders or stock so you purchase items and then get an Emai to say you've been refunded due to low stock and check the spelling on items like fleece blankets - cloyhes ect as well due to the illiterate workforce! So if you like collecting cheap tat that doesn't last long it's the place for you ! If not I'd stick to online shops with proven track records and reputations.

This is a scam company do not use them ! I'm having to contact my bank to retrieve my money as this criminal enterprise takes your hard earned money but don't actually sell you the items you order and ask access to your emails for tracking so they can steal your personal information avoid and report !!!!
Do not buy from this dodgy company I didn't read the reviews before ordering and they are all right the items are not shipped and the company does not reply to you, I'm going to contact my bank to get my money back.
Avoid this criminal enterprise as they only seem to steal money from you.
Absolutely awful company! Had delivery's of items in wet ,damaged and open boxes with missing parts including items with stickers on that say do not leave unattended and the are just dropped outside the front door ! The lazy staff can't even be bothered to knock the door it also looks like some parcels were opened before they are delivered. I've tried to contact them but all you get is a bot on the chat and no one ever answers the phone but I guess you can't change your reputation by changing your name herms ! And don't be fooled by any response to this review because that's all it will be one response and no further contact because they are the worst currier service in the country ! The customer service matches the rest of thier services.

Had a big parcel delivered and the courier dropped box against the front door and damaged the door and the guy said he will contact his boss to repair damaged door but they never contacted me so I sent two emails about it and they have just ignored me and might add I witnessed the damage being caused and the courier took full responsibility for it. I wouldn't use this shoddy company and good luck to any unfortunate person receiving a parcel through them. But will leave similar review for the seller that used them.

Wow !!! Hermes are definitely more reliable than your company! If all items are scanned how do you send parcels to the wrong distribution centre ??? I would say you have a bunch of moneys working there but that's not fair on moneys as they would probably do a lot better job !
Absolutely shocking company!!! I thought hermes was bad but dpd seem to have taken their place. We was expecting a computer sent through them and received an email say they had tried to deliver but no noe answered them. Firstly we have had to wait in on our only day off work and secondly we have cctv at our front door you stupid people ! At least company's like hermes turn up with your parcel! This company makes up tracking info and it is fraudulent! I would not trust this company with any delivery's & we will be emailing the company that used you with the cctv of the alleged delivery attempt just so they know why they are getting bad feedback !!!! LIAR'S UNTRUSTWORTHY & FRAUDULENT!
Took parcel to parcel shop for delivery for next day delivery! Its been three days and no delivery yet and the tracking is awful and if you want to speak to someone about your parcel GOOD LUCK they don't answer and with the royal mail strikes you would think it was their time to shine but no even on strike the royal mail is quicker and more reliable
Expected delivery from them and they said they tried to deliver item but nobody was in ! Then said they would delivery to parcel shop for us to collect 32 miles away but after investigating with the company we ordered from found the parcel had not even been out for delivery DPD untrustworthy liars and with all the postal strikes you would think it was their time to shine but no even the royal mail who are striking are more reliable what a joke !!!!!

If you offer next day delivery do it ! If you offer any kind of delivery DO IT ! Excuse after Excuse blame passed from company to company its a joke ! Once we do eventually get our order we will never use your company again and will buy our products from a shop where it will be stress free and availability will be good ! GOODBYE 👋

Absolutely shocking service and they want more money ! I've switched to ervi to send parcels it's cheaper and more reliable and you don't even need a printer as you can print labels at drop off points
Selling stock they don't have and charged me 8.99 for express shipping but took four days to ship item. Not interested in excuses if you run a business run it properly and don't rip your customers off !
I'm sure people use this less and less and my overall experience on Friday ad website has been bad 👎 people don't respond to messages that's why I stick to ebay
