AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible experience. Taking out a one month temporary esim has affected my credit score and now they are threatening to add a non payment to my credit record thing is it's impossible to pay when you no longer have the mobile number. It's also impossible to talk to an actual person. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Make sure you take images on collection...

Felt slightly cheeky for RecordGo staff member to insist on seeing my evidence of previous damage rather than comparing to their own records but perhaps that is just to be expected with hire car companies. Make sure you take images on collection.

Always received excellent service and…

Always received excellent service and support from this provider, l highly recommend them as a great way to reduce your excess costs for hire car purchases abroad and in the UK. Don't pay the over the counter riff off charges!

Shockingly bad service

Shockingly bad service. Cannot be trusted. Would give zero stars if l could. Parcel collected by evri (previously hermes) then nothing. Should have been next day delivery, they also don't tell you that they don't deliver at the weekend and there is misinformation about the customer service availability. Do not trust this provider. Very disappointed.

The booking process was straight…

The booking process was straight forward enough. It would however be very helpful to have an email address or someway of making direct contact included in the correspondence as l have a question for clarification. After a search l found help'at'carjet.com elsewhere and look forward to receiving your response.

All good so far

All good so far, straightforward exchange on the app and the very helpful support team helped me to activate that currency on the app. Looking forward to using my card when abroad later in the month.
