Shockingly bad service

Shockingly bad service. Cannot be trusted. Would give zero stars if l could. Parcel collected by evri (previously hermes) then nothing. Should have been next day delivery, they also don't tell you that they don't deliver at the weekend and there is misinformation about the customer service availability. Do not trust this provider. Very disappointed.
