I've purchased a Ninja Foodi 8-in-1…

I've purchased a Ninja Foodi 8-in-1 PossiblePot with ZEROSTICK, but instead I've received a Ninja kettle which I returned on the 20th September (2weeks ago) on the same day I've received the parcel. On my littlewoods account there is no sign of the return, no contact from littlewoods regarding the subject, plus moderators constantly refusing to post my review!
It's used to be a reliable company, looks like it isn't anymore 😕

Used to be a very good company

Used to be a very good company. Well they're getting rather useless., especially if you're on prepayment meter. I'm ready to change my energy supplier. Constant issues with top up, when payment not going through to the meter, customer service is useless! Such a shame as it used to be a very good company.

Absolutely disgraceful engineers with Ph jones. Every single one of them is rude, disrespectful, ignorant! They don't deserve not even 1 star. Pathetic company which employs people like this. They're obviously not attending training to improve customer care/service. Shame on you lot!

Quality frames

Quality frames, perfect demonstration of different lenses available. Speedy delivery, quality packaging. Easy to understand how to order on the website. If you're wearing single vision glasses then Specsart is the place to buy from. I have a strong, verifocal prescription, so I need thinner lenses, also I need some transition layer on lenses. Like this the £89 frame cost over £300 ! They mentioned first time buyers have some discount. I could not find this option or how to apply discount at checkout. They're offering 15% NHS discounts what will be emailed to you after requesting. So to be honest like this it's very pricey place to buy specs from.

Absolute unreliable customer service. You're technically unable to contact Studio's customer service. So actually if you're planning to return an item or trying to get technical support just forget about it. Studio won't help or support. AVOID by any means

Absolute rubbish service

Absolute rubbish service. I collected a bunch of products in my online basket. When I was ready to pay and entered card details then the whole order has been cancelled, saying fraudulent activity detected! Then I started again...half of the product a picked earlier just disappeared...Some product needed to be paid separately. On the end I had no idea what I bought. The delivery is a joke. No tracking provided although I received several emails regarding my order with no information on my order. Useless service. Aliexpress.com deserve not even a single star. AVOID by any means!
Update!
Aliexpress asking for order number. This is one of the issues buying from Aliexpress. I've put 1 order down and received about 11 order number. They whole system is confusing!

Providing Completely unreliable…

Providing Completely unreliable service. Transactions regularly cancelled at Lidl. Santander says my payment has been cancelled as Lidl is trying to set up a recurring payment! What a joke! Santander app is constantly crushing despite the app and my phone is always updated to the newest version. I keep deleting and downloading the app over and over again. Customer service is useless. Shrewsbury branch closing at 3pm on week days, make it impossible to access the branch in person for working people. Having a Santander bank account is a total embarrassment these days.

Total scam. After filling out an application form they're redirecting you to creditratings agency and making you buy access to your credit report, and setting up a recurring payment on your account to pay for it. Although you're never asked for it.No loans offered or applications processed.

No internet access most evenings and weekends all day.
Biggest mistake joining talk talk. But it's cheap and it's also true for the quality of the service...

Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service! No signal in or around my house despite I live in Shrewsbury town centre! I have several different devices,all the same!
The EE app constantly crushing. And this is UKs best network? You're having a laugh!
No matter I have paid off a tablet what I purchased on contract,EE kept taking payment for another year (!!) without informing me. Disgusting,rip off service!
I can't wait my contract to be finished and leave this disgraceful service behind!!
