Hi very unprofessional and discriminatory when called and spoke to Paul re car insurance renewal after been with AA car insurance over 30 years no claims , trying to justify increase in premium as my mother turned 80 but still safe and no claims despite it been in my professional capacity and my business explaining this !! Needless to say we found him very unprofessional and in need of retraining !! Be careful as these cases can be referred to ombudsman as discriminatory !!

Very unprofessional company Station Rd Coleshill today 16.5.24 at 1.04 pm Male driving I have on dash cam footage throwing abuse out of his window with passengers onboard at traffic as pavement works in location !! These drivers need taking of road and will report to police and authorities concerned !!! Vile company avoid at all costs …..Good riddance !!!
