Been with vitality over 20 years and service is excellent , however they now use Bluecrest healthcare for the screening instead of local pharmacy , it’s a very unprofessional service as they use Microsoft teams and hardly ever manage to connect on their system , had health check in last few days , agents rushed thru the process no time to ask any questions and then referred me to the inbox leaflet and fill up blood viles myself , not recommended !!!
