Please read all the Vile reviews , this company are horrific we have dash cam footage we’re reporting of incident today 11.22 am heading towards Merry Hill lorry REG PJ23 **** driving dangerous down the M6 very close behind sounding his horn in traffic queues with my 80 year old mother as passenger , I advise others also to report incidents and get these vile scum of the roads !!!!!

Online site seems impressive but too…

Online site seems impressive but too many scans out there online , too many follow up calls from sounds like Indian call centres when you don’t book and follow up emails !!
BEWARNED I think these could be a scam too and too many add ins to your rental , your better advised to go out to one of the LEAD car renters to get a great deal !! Not recommended after reading all Negative reviews !!!

It’s called STRESSFUL car hire I think

It’s called STRESSFUL car hire I think. , luckily never booked online after seeing many reviews , too many add ons to the car rental to make this an option , never heard of them before and too many auto emails when you don’t checkout .
Not recommended try more reputable Car hire companies not worth risk with online scams !!!!

Avoid these clowns at all costs online service is non existent it’s like speaking with Indian call centres , ordered three piece suit receive only trousers & waistcoat. Charged for whole outfit no replies to emails except pigeon English speaking agents !!

Occasionally a courier damages a parcel on their final drop. The parcel leaves our hub - travels to a central hub - then to a local hub - then to your local driver & then to you. The parcel is scanned & checked at each stage. It's unfortunate that accidents happen & we also do not expect it when we have paid for a special service. We offer full refunds or replacements for any damaged goods.

Very poor online support .Sent emails…

Very poor online support .Sent emails regarding a recent booking in Hawaii , taken reservation with Alamo and went thru Quidco to claim small percentage cashback .Hakim Berebez emailed back a flippant response to says call this number if we can help further after supplying all contract docs etc and says online reservation CANCELLED but no so as charged and completed my Alamo reservation successfully , presumably they do this as a SCAM not to honour small percentage cashback .
Hakim could not even get my Name correct , referring to me a Mr Hunt , I would avoid this company at all costs I would not recommend to anyone !!

I can only agree with other poor…

I can only agree with other poor reviews , purchases shoes last year , stitching adrift , numerous emails still not resolved despite images sent , very poor customer service and responses …… just lots of foot dragging techniques .
AVOID at all costs !!
Hopefully another store to go under in near future , another load of CRAP off the high street !!!! Good riddance !!!!

Dangerous driver emerging from…

Dangerous West Midland single Decker BUS DRIVER driver emerging from Kingfisher Drive onto Auckland Dr , Chelmsley wood this morning 1100am I was approaching to turn into road and waited well back from junction in my Driving school car and elderly driver has no consideration I almost had to pull onto kerb as missing my vehicle by inches . Certainly needs reporting and taking off road , any further incidents I will make reports to media via dashcam footage .

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE CHINESE SCAM SITE

Another Chinese web to avoid at all costs , sizing is very poor and you’ll received products very inferior !!! Customer service and extremely poor after return to get refund that they say they cannot process back to your original payment account , what the HELL it’s a complete scam !!!
In reply to their appalling robotic replies they don’t want to do anything no responses. Avoid these dirty scammers ,LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
