Items went out of stock after I purchased them. Customer service gave me 4 days to respond with replacement choices but didn't send me the email. When I replied within a day of receipt of email, they said they couldn't help. No offer of a voucher or anything as I won't be able to take advantage of multi buy offer without buying another 4 shirts. Really unacceptable.. feels like talking to a computer

My god. I might as well have done everything myself. Completion kept getting pushed back because they don't know what they are doing - kept requesting redemption statements for the wrong date Get a differnt person each time you call rather than the 'case worker' and no one takes responsibility for the case. The lender paid for and chose this solicitor but there's no way I would pay my own money to use them.

Service was fine but their website rather misleading - implies service is free, but it's only the initial conversation that is free. Over the yrs, I have used both free brokers, relatively inexpensive paid-for brokers and expensive brokers and I can say this: unless you have very specific needs and need specific advice, just go with a free broker. The service isn't that much different (and the brokers all get paid a commission by the bank so they are receiving fees twice!). So Fluent aren't better, or worse than others, just pointless in by view

Really good experience. Rita from customer service was super helpful... proactively contacted me to let me know what i ordered wasn't structurally suitable and proposed an upgrade. Will definitely use again!

Ordered never received (it's been a month), no way to contact customer service (you ring number of website and it gives you an email address that no one responds to). I posted a trustpilot review and they responded to tell me to email a specific trustpilot email address, which I did, and still no one responds. Is this company for real???

Avoid this company please. Ordered a soap dispenser - website said it's available but actually is subject to it being available at supplier (so not in stock really). Called up to cancel after a week and dealt with the rudest customer service agent I've dealt with in a long time. Super defensive about how their website was right. I couldn't find my order number and she literally said that she couldn't help me find my order number because i didn't have an order number. Generally bad attitude - save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

Terrible. Ordered a OnePlus Nord from them. Given a Royal Mail tracking number but Royal Mail never delivered the package and, when I went to the sorting office, they couldn't find the package. Reading some other reviews, seems like this is a common problem and my suspicion is that they manage to somehow generate a false tracking number but never send the goods.
Customer service is really terrible - they respond once a day and they respond really unhelpfully, so it's like talking to a brick wall. Another sign of a scam company.
I finally got PayPal to refund the money on their buyers protection but not worth the hassle. Avoid companies like these..

They made a mouthguard that completely doesn't fit and the timelines for delivery of the guard were all missed. Every time I called them, the line claims that they are receiving a high volume of calls.
They finally agreed to give me a refund and it took 4 calls and almost a month before the money hit my account.
Not sure if these guys are a real outfit.
I've now used a different company and paying a third of the price. The guard fits fine and not sure how instasmile (aka denlab) can justify charging these prices and delivering such bad service?!

No choice but to leave 5 star rating as offered a 10% discount if I do so. But how hard can a microchipping service be?? We'll find out. ANd perhaps don't go for the unlimited plan but read the small print to choose the one-off registration for half the price?

Once bed bought, no communication about when delivery will actually happen (in order email, says they will "try" to deliver on chosen date). Takes 30 mins to get through to customer service.
Delivery people left the bed outside the apartment block and won't bring it up 4 steps into the ground floor flat, one delivery man citing "health and safety". Only problem was the other delivery man then said they would bring it in for a tenner.
Terrible customer service.
