What a bunch of BS!

How dare you charge consumers for a service and then deny them what they paid for?!?

My loved one could not wait to get his teeth fixed. But with unforeseen health issues taking precedence, he opted to go with your impression kit over the pricier implants.
He paid for an upgraded product. Then he was diagnosed with a cancer of the lymphatic system. That was on top of Crohn’s disease which gifted him with a permanent colostomy bag, a damaged ureter from the emergency surgery to remove his entire colon & large intestines... requiring stents replaced (more surgeries) every 3 months for the rest of his life, primary lymphadema which caused open leg wounds... eventually leaving him unable to walk— confined to a bed, hiv, anemia, rare blood infections from damaged ureter backing up into kidneys, then kidney failure, bone infection in spine which required cutting through spine to remove 3 vertebrae which were replaced with mesh & artificial filler, sepsis... 4 times, lung damage... the list continues... The antibiotics caused him to lose 100% of his hearing in his left ear.... it was replaced with grinding, screeching, disturbing vibrations about 70% of the time while 30% was total silence. THIS IS 100% ACCURATE. Medical Records Available.

I’ve spent 4 years doing everything I could to keep him safe, comfortable, & alive. Happiness... well, would you be happy having to fight ALL of that within a 4 year period?
I advocated for him since the day I met him. He had just lost his mother & was homeless because he could not stay in her home because of his deep sadness. She was his only person in this cruel world.

Within a few months, I helped him to find & move into an apartment which was beautifully designed & landscaped with his amazing gifts of design & gardening. He had a few decent months that he could even walk around & enjoy the home he built. That was until the first of many hospitalizations in 2019 which was about the same time he was so excited to fix his smile. The medications... so many potent antibiotics in addition to daily prescriptions took a toll on his teeth.

At least 6 hospitalizations in the past 2 years, ranging from 3 weeks to 8 weeks, followed by home healthcare setups with 3-5 visiting nurses & physical therapists weekly consumed every waking moment as he was confined to a bed unable to walk... Even if he had energy, he had no skin on either calf as his legs could not heal as his body fought these illnesses. Eventually, in between septic shock & recurrent sepsis, my loved one, the strongest man I’ve ever known, one in over 6 million, rare to say the least, garnered enough energy to continue on with his goal of finally being able to smile ...when most would agree he didn’t really have all that much to smile about.

You denied him that smile. ...ALL THAT HE FOUGHT THROUGH TO SURVIVE HIS MANY CHALLENGES, the doctors expecting he wouldn’t make it through the night on many occasions, one blow to his hopes, one blow to his dreams, one blow to his health... after another. And another. And another.

The hurt he felt when your company stated there’s some fine print regarding an expiration date.... He felt pain each & every day, but the heartache I saw in his eyes when I enthusiastically asked about his impressions once he was well enough to sit up in his bed... that was a look I’ll never forget. ALL THAT HE FOUGHT... and still he just wanted to be able to smile. YOU TOOK THAT HOPE AWAY FROM HIM. YOU STOLE HIS FIGHT... you crushed my loved one.

His kit remains unopened. Tomorrow we go to his service.

How do you justify denying somebody the product / service that they paid for?
Does their money expire? This makes me wonder how many others you collected payments from & decided it was completely acceptable to keep those payments without providing the advertised service. How many other hearts have you broken. How many smiles have you stolen?

Dont be fooled- if you dont do your impressions right they wont refund you full price.. ive done 2-3 right but they will continue to say it didnt pass then when u ask for refund- they turn nasty and dont want to refund ur money.. I hate this company AWFUL

Said if i close paypal dispute you would refund in full. Then after you lied again saying you will refund only £150...

For something i never received.. They rejected the impressions knowing im not qualified for it, so instead of telling me that they go ahead STEAL your money then say we can give you £150 back for no product.. GOOD WAY OF STEALING FROM PEOPLE.

This company is an absolute mess

This company is an absolute mess. Don't know if they are frauds or just unbelieveably bad in what they are doing: After almost one year, dozens of mails, dozens of phone calls, and three orders, we still did not receive anything. If you buy there, be ready to lose a bunch of money and time.

Avoid at all costs

One of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with in decades. The quality of the product they made is substandard, however to get this company to address the issue has proved impossible. Their customer services team is shockingly bad, they ignore emails, pretend to misunderstand questions and avoid providing information when asked - almost seems to be a company policy to mislead and obfuscate.

Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is scam

This company is scam. Two years ago, I was still able to get a teeth grinding guard, but at my last order, they took the money from my credit card and never delivered a grinding guard. Customer service does not respond any more. Looks like this company stopped working.

Very bad experience from start to…

Very bad experience from start to finish..

They made a mouthguard that completely doesn't fit and the timelines for delivery of the guard were all missed. Every time I called them, the line claims that they are receiving a high volume of calls.

They finally agreed to give me a refund and it took 4 calls and almost a month before the money hit my account.

Not sure if these guys are a real outfit.

I've now used a different company and paying a third of the price. The guard fits fine and not sure how instasmile (aka denlab) can justify charging these prices and delivering such bad service?!

I would heavily advise against using…

I would heavily advise against using this company to anyone, just received a product which was too painful to wear so i requested a refund. Was told due to the fact it was a bespoke product they could not offer a refund. Was refused to speak to a manager as they don't take calls apparently and were conveniently in a meeting (for the second day in a row).

Any advice on what I should do next would be appreciated.

Affordable and great alternative to expensive veneers

I was kind of hesitate to purchase Instasmile at first but, This experience has been awesome. They do exactly what they promise. Perfect happy smile... Instantly!

I decided to purchase the Platinum top and bottom InstaSmile clip on veneers. Overall I am completely happy with the product and process that went into getting a quality product to me. I am having fitting issues with my current pair, but will be working through this with customer service, who has been highly rated. A plus to getting the platinum product is that they are more durable, they come with a “no quibble” warranty, and follow up service and support. Much more Pros than Cons!
