Very bad experience from start to finish..
They made a mouthguard that completely doesn't fit and the timelines for delivery of the guard were all missed. Every time I called them, the line claims that they are receiving a high volume of calls.
They finally agreed to give me a refund and it took 4 calls and almost a month before the money hit my account.
Not sure if these guys are a real outfit.
I've now used a different company and paying a third of the price. The guard fits fine and not sure how instasmile (aka denlab) can justify charging these prices and delivering such bad service?!
