I have had a pretty bad experience with my chair and foot stool, I read good reviews about stressless and thought I would get a high end chair for my chair and stool for just over £1500, my chair and stool arrived thrown together in the box not rapped up, my foot stool was broke on arrival and damaged leather stiching was done poorly and so requested an engineer, after engineer came he confirmed the problems and I was offered a repair I wasn't offered a reasonable goodwill and so I got a refund back after some time that is, now im willing to allow stressless to redeem themselves to me and reverse my negative feelings and give them another chance and I really hope what happened to was a one off, I have to say the way my items were delivered was in itself unexceptable let alone the foot stool and the chair to be delivered to me damaged after I waited months to have it delivered, so if stressless are going to offer me a promise there will be a Strick quality check and offer me a goodwill gesture and offer me a price less than I paid from the retailer, as obviously not going to pay more than I paid from the retailer, I would be open to give stressless another chance at making all this right, and by you making this right and making me a happy customer you could keep me as a life time customer but so far I been extremely let down and just wanted my money back, when I buy new things I expect them to be in mint condition especially from a company so big and well known as stressless, so can you make me a happy bunny and redeem the poor quality I received, I'm willing to give you a chance to make this right, in return I will delete this negative review and if I'm a happy bunny I will certainly give you 5 stars like so many on here I have seen, I think I'm being very fair in my request, I have my return receipt if you want to see it, if you can make this right I give you my word I would delete this review to start with.
