Over 4 and hours on the phone to close down…

Over 5 hours on the phone to close down my account and still on the phobe, what a joke this will surly be the next big bank to close down, there all soly calapsing, they passed me to 5 different people and non of them know what there doing put you on hold for 30-50 minutes each time then transfer you to someone else and keep going around in cycles, they are simply an absolute joke customer service in branch is dreadful that's why I called up to close the account but even calling up to close a current account down is a nightmare and I have now wasted half my day trying to do this and I'm still on the call now is 5 hours later I have a headache and I'm sick of this rubbish, I only wanted to close the account down why is this so difficult and why is customer service so dreadful with these banks

Called up today and spoke to a but of a brainless man called idris, I have had a complaint open for four months because options glasses being flimsy and options unable to fix the issue, called up to get this resolved I won't bore you with the stupidly of this ..... over the phone but he gave me a number to call the same number I was speaking to him on, he didnt want to pit me through to a manager, all in all boots are yet another company falling short of standard customer service in this country another company I am going to boycott. 4 months this has been going on,

Mathrew p who has always been very helpful and patient, very polite I really like people at soho66 as they are always very respectful to me and just generally very nice people, but Mathrew has helped on more than one occasion, for someone like me who has dyslexia, mathrew makes things very easy to understand. Why do they keep trying to get my review removed and it keeps getting taken down, I am a real customer and People should stay away from this company, they should be called love to rip you off, sent me wrong panel then left me know choice but to pay to return it back to them and now they are saying its not turned up, its been a disaster ordering from them real bad service, I'm now in dispute

This Scottish people are absolute…

This Scottish people are absolute scammer they are selling the public rubbish they promise to help your pets when in fact it doesn't help at all, they will not refund you if there products have any side affects or doesn't work, they become very rude and refuse to help in any way, I sent everything back on a signed for delivery and they are not refunding me anything at all, they are now ignoring my emails, they are resellers of a company in the USA who are just as bad, USA refusing to tell me whose in charge of these resellers in Scotland, the Scottish company nature angel who are refusing to help and are simply ignoring my emails, they don't have a phone number,they do not have a complaints procedure, they are not regraleted by anyone in the UK, the company is acting criminal, they have all my items worth around £258 and they don't wanna give me a penny back, they sent me rubbish and I want some money back, this Scottish are despicable, Shane on you
By the way there reviews seem fake and Im the only one on trustpliot who's left a review

I have just been on the phone to this…

I have just been on the phone to this company again today and they seem unbotherd that a manager who I asked to offer a goodwill gesture to try and regain my elderly mother as a customer again as the revitive that was bought suddenly stopped working within a month of using it. The manager I spoke to has left and never contacted me, I just spoke to a manager as I did say I'm close to putting up a review on trustpilot and she has now offers a money of a next order of £10 for a £300 item, wow, apprantly that's all the system will allow her to do, so waited 3 months to find out that how much they were going to offer, to be honest my mum don't want anything to do with them again but I though if they could offer a decent goodwill gesture I could have word about giving them another try but she didn't want to order from them again as she didn't like how the fact that the other device just stopped working and customer service are not the nicest people in a company, they come across as some middle-aged stuck up women who are only there to take orders/money from people who sit there watching TV all-day and see this rubbish on the TV advertisements. Or people who got money but not everyone has money to waste on things that will simply break soon after buying, anyway I would advise people to stay clear of this company and the first money we spoke to wanted to charge her for returning an item that's broke due to the machine and not the use, after speaking with the manager that day she waved of the return charge but if an item just breaks down with no fault of the person using it, then it should be free returns, the company is there just to make money and not there for your well being.
I won't buy from them again and I would advise people to think carefully before buying from them as there customer service is rubbish, I was waiting since September to hear back from them and had to call up many times only to speak with some posh stuck middle-aged women who seem to look there nose down at the regular Joe blogs, anyway to the elderly and to there younger family or friends try a different company and if you buy from them and face issue don't give up and let them give you bull.... 3months and all they offer is £10 off another device to give them a second chance not worth it in my eyes and very very unsatisfied with that response.

I have had a pretty bad experience with…

I have had a pretty bad experience with my chair and foot stool, I read good reviews about stressless and thought I would get a high end chair for my chair and stool for just over £1500, my chair and stool arrived thrown together in the box not rapped up, my foot stool was broke on arrival and damaged leather stiching was done poorly and so requested an engineer, after engineer came he confirmed the problems and I was offered a repair I wasn't offered a reasonable goodwill and so I got a refund back after some time that is, now im willing to allow stressless to redeem themselves to me and reverse my negative feelings and give them another chance and I really hope what happened to was a one off, I have to say the way my items were delivered was in itself unexceptable let alone the foot stool and the chair to be delivered to me damaged after I waited months to have it delivered, so if stressless are going to offer me a promise there will be a Strick quality check and offer me a goodwill gesture and offer me a price less than I paid from the retailer, as obviously not going to pay more than I paid from the retailer, I would be open to give stressless another chance at making all this right, and by you making this right and making me a happy customer you could keep me as a life time customer but so far I been extremely let down and just wanted my money back, when I buy new things I expect them to be in mint condition especially from a company so big and well known as stressless, so can you make me a happy bunny and redeem the poor quality I received, I'm willing to give you a chance to make this right, in return I will delete this negative review and if I'm a happy bunny I will certainly give you 5 stars like so many on here I have seen, I think I'm being very fair in my request, I have my return receipt if you want to see it, if you can make this right I give you my word I would delete this review to start with.

just called up to get an order and to asked some questions, the women I spoke to did not want to help and couldn't wait to get me off the phone and told me to contact the manufacturer if I want information, well you just lost a customer. I will never spend money with customer service like this

I have requested all my data and requested they delete me from there files and I have told them that I will never do business with them ever again, if people simply do what am doing and never spend money with them again, well who do you think will lose out and we the public will be the winners, its not us the public that will lose out but M&S, go ahead request your data access form and delete them from your life, trust me they will not survive without us. They should treat people better but they will never treat customers with any respect.

I bought some sandals in the sale £125 + £5 delivery, I received second hand sandals and they wanted to offer me £20 to keep the shoes after I complained, no think you I have sent them back for a full refund and they have lost a customer for life as I gave them an option to give me a goodwill gesture of some money off my next order and they refused, so no problem I want a full refund but there are now telling me the refund will take 7 days once they receive them back and another 5 days to go back in my bank, what a joke, these people don't k ow how to keep a customer after they make mistakes like sending second hand shoes to customers, lose customers I will just shop elsewhere and believe me I do t mix my words as I say I will never co e back after you don't even offer me a goodwill gesture

I have to say this about Halifax bank,

I have to say Halifax Bank has turned into a bank i no longer wish to bank with. The staff are rude and ignorant. They used to be a bank I used to praise, now after my last complaint I think enough is enough, it really is time for me to leave this bank, and what people don't realise is they need us we don't need them time to wake up people and stop feeding the people that treat us like rubbish we the people deserve respect, respect is a two way street, remember that customer service, any way ypur loss to tge bank not mine, I'm not losing out if I leave illmsimply take my business elsewhere.
