I ordered a body wash as a gift and it arrived with a crack in it. The product is lovely, my godson loves it and so this was a repeat purchase. The team at S&S sent me a replacement quickly, and were very helpful.

Mind Station has been absolutely…

Mind Station has been absolutely excellent for our daughter. We completed the Explorer programme and our 9 year old went from being unhappy all the time to having a clear sense of self. It's amazing what can be achieved in 10 weeks. The founder is also absolutely lovely and genuinely cares about the families that she works with. I have no hesitation in recommending Mind Station.

Excellent camp at Badminton

My daughter had an amazing time at the Badminton Woods camp and came back full of confidence. My only negative comment is that it took quite a leap of faith to book as I really didn’t know much about them and it would have alleviated my concerns to know ahead of the camp who would be looking after them and their qualifications. When I dropped her off and met the ex military, ex paramedic leading the group my concerns over her safety were significantly allayed!

Team building trip

Alex took a work group of us out for a fantastic ride. It was both exhilarating and also informative as he told us about the local area. He provided waterproof coats in case we got splashed as well as the safety equipment. We all had a great time, thank you.

Tracey has been absolutely fantastic…

Tracey has been absolutely fantastic with our daughter, teaching her how to swim and be safe in and around water. The classes are small, just 2-1 in our case, and so she has made huge progress. Babysquids have been brilliant about communicating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

BA continues to disappoint

In comparison to the US airlines BA is so far behind the times. It’s impossible to change flights without either pleading at the gate or paying extortionate fees. United by comparison gives you the option from 24hrs before your flight to change easily. BA also charges far more than the other airlines on US routes in particular, which when combined with the changes to the tier points and the fact that every time I now go to a lounge it’s hard to find a seat, all make me think it’s time to switch to United. And why haven’t they upgraded the A380s to the new Club product? Who wants to pay £9k for the old product. It’s monopolistic.

We booked Bushcraft Parties for our son's 7th birthday. Communication during the booking process and ahead of the party was good. However, on the morning of the party the host was quite late and we tried calling him and the emergency number we were given but no one answered... Cue slight panic as we tried to work out a backup plan. Once he arrived, the party was great. The children had a brilliant time. Only slight niggle is that we asked for bug eating which didn't happen.

Still haven’t arrived

Ordered some hazel panels 10 days ago and despite chasing they still haven’t arrived. I haven’t even had a delivery number or any confirmation that they’ve been dispatched. Very frustrated.
Update - these have now arrived. The delivery driver was very nice and the hurdles look good. It's just a shame it's taken so long.

Oliver was so kind and helpful

Oliver was so kind and helpful. We were able to borrow the carpet sample books to check for colours and then rounded down the quote for us. Installation was a week or so later and was a smooth process. The carpet looks great and we're really pleased with it. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is that the installer re-hung one of the doors too close to the architrave and now it won't close.

Good communication

I received a pro active email when an item I'd ordered was out of stock with the delivery rescheduled. I couldn't do that date and Fazian on live chat was helpful in getting it rescheduled. The conversation was a little frustrating initially as I was told I had to get in touch again by the end of the month despite the email telling me to get in touch now, but we got there in the end.

Terrible experience transferring FIT ownership

I have been trying to transfer ownership of a FIT tariff for over 2 months. When I initially sent in the form I heard nothing, so I called and was told I needed to fill out the Change of Ownership form... the very same one I had sent weeks before! Repeat the cycle again. Eventually I discovered that they weren't able to download the file as it was too big (despite it being their form I downloaded and filled in). Eventually they have acknowledged the form, but then we went through the same thing with the supporting documents, files too large for their system to handle on one email. So I sent them separately, but then they didn't attach them all to my case.... honestly I'm so fed up and will look to change supplier as soon as the transfer finally takes place!

Poor quality and missing parts

I ordered a bespoke set of 5 internal wardrobe drawers a month ago with a promised lead time of two weeks. They finally arrived today and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Not only are the drawer runners missing but they have mismeasured some of the panels which means that the wardrobe unit is not rectangular but slanted and so completely unusable. I have contacted the company, but emails and the website are saying they are closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I will keep chasing and if I don’t hear by the end of the week will also be starting legal proceedings. Do not touch this company. Such a shame as they offer a product not available anywhere else, but a pile of chipboard on the bedroom floor is not what I ordered!
