Terrible experience transferring FIT ownership
I have been trying to transfer ownership of a FIT tariff for over 2 months. When I initially sent in the form I heard nothing, so I called and was told I needed to fill out the Change of Ownership form... the very same one I had sent weeks before! Repeat the cycle again. Eventually I discovered that they weren't able to download the file as it was too big (despite it being their form I downloaded and filled in). Eventually they have acknowledged the form, but then we went through the same thing with the supporting documents, files too large for their system to handle on one email. So I sent them separately, but then they didn't attach them all to my case.... honestly I'm so fed up and will look to change supplier as soon as the transfer finally takes place!
