We booked Bushcraft Parties for our son's 7th birthday. Communication during the booking process and ahead of the party was good. However, on the morning of the party the host was quite late and we tried calling him and the emergency number we were given but no one answered... Cue slight panic as we tried to work out a backup plan. Once he arrived, the party was great. The children had a brilliant time. Only slight niggle is that we asked for bug eating which didn't happen.

Hi Louise. Thanks for taking the time to leave a reply. I'm really sorry that you had a negative experience on the day, in terms of a stressful time before the party, waiting for the instructor to turn up and being unable to get hold of him. I know that you did call the emergency number, but I was unfortunately working myself and was unable to take your call. I'm really very sorry again for the stress caused in the minutes before the party and have just spoken with your instructor, sharing your comments. Alexei
