avoid at all costs. I have ended up taking out a county court judgement against this guy as he just lies and hasn't refunded my money after not sending runners or any hardware

Worst company every brought from I wish I’d seen this before, I brought larder cupboard arrived damaged on all 4 corner complained and was told another be posted out, this was last September 4 times I was told deliver date and be new one sent out, nothing then asked for money back as I’d had enough of waiting 3 times told be refunded what a surprise nothing I have started court claim which wont get now if they have stopped trading should never of started up if can’t supply what you say you can. Only good thing i suppose is it was one cupboard would love my money back could pay for cupboard I had to buy. Don’t expect an answer

No hope of refund as they have ceased trading- BEWARE!
You will not get anything back from this company as they have ceased trading, so we were informed today,by e-mail. We had e-mailed them this morning threatening legal action unless we received a full refund of £166. Some hope. We shall not pursue this as it would be chucking good money after bad!!
As a somewhat prize bodger my partner (Colin) says he will attempt to put the pieces together in a useable fashion. The drawers are only for storage in the kitchen which is far from our favorite room in the house!

Like others who have posted, I have been left high and dry by this company.
I ordered a set of 3 customised drawers with side rails and runners just before Xmas, having had several constructive conversations both online and by email and paid £94 by BACS.
Eventually a delivery was made but only included the wooden sides and base with screws but no side runners or rails.
Having contacted them a few times without success by phone, I tried by email - at least responses came and they promised it was in hand and on the last email reply on 14.03.19 - they said they were on order and would chase them up.
As they still hadn't arrived I tried phoning the company to find the number unavailable.
Checking on their website and now Trustpilot I find confirmed they have ceased trading.
I am left with drawers but no way to attach them and am probably out of pocket as they requested payment by BACS rather than credit card.
I can only hope I can find a joiner who can source runners and rails that can make the drawers functional.
After initial encouraging communication by email and phone in November and December last year, communication became increasingly poor / non-existent and clearly concealed the fact that they were in difficulties.

I ordered five kitchen drawers from Drawersolutions and, in the intervening two months, have received only some cut bits of furniture panel, despite countless emails and attempts at phonecalls (never answered) back and forth. The order contained instructions describing the runners, metal sides and gallery rails, none of which were included. Empty platitudes received but not the components needed to make on actual drawer, let alone the five ordered.
For others in my position, I can only suggest you contact your bank regarding debit card disputes/chargebacks if you paid with a debit card like I did.
It doesn't get worse than this.

Worst experience ever.
I ordered some custom-made drawers. Roughly speaking: 4 weeks to get the wooden bits - which was okay except it was JUST the wooden bits. Another EIGHT weeks to get the screws! Runners never arrived (I waited and chased for a further 4 weeks).
I wasted so much time chasing these guys and just got fobbed off with platitudes. When they could be bothered. The worst thing about this experience was the virtually non-existent, and extremely slack, customer service.
Out of pocket, but I get some comfort from the fact they've apparently ceased trading (they've never bothered to tell me this) and can't do this to others now.
So many misleading promises
Ordered the first part of the kitchen replacement with them as wanted to check the colour door ordered was what we were after. Waited 8 weeks, repeatedly told that I would get daily updates and delivery date - none were forthcoming. Then questioned integrity of the person emailing and got passed to the director/owner. They then planned delivery which occurred, due to so many broken promises cancelled the kitchen fitter. Then ordered the balance of the kitchen, as believe in giving people a second chance. Director/Owner was very quick to take the money and finalise the order by mail, as needed dimensions not available on the site. This was about three weeks ago. Was told that the order was finished and going to be delivered Friday gone. Arranged kitchen fitter for Saturday. Second part of order did not turn up on the Friday. The fitter put the first part of the order together, it was missing hinges for the door, runners for the drawers, as well as part of the drawers. Now reading the recent reviews looks like they did not pay their suppliers so why part of the order was missing. Have emailed several times and no reply, asked for my money back from missing first order and second order.
Really unhappy that had no response, also three weeks ago could have said that they are no longer taking orders instead of taking order when the company closure was on the cards then. No replies after several mails and then a one line statement on the website, that combined with promising last Wednesday the order would be delivered that Friday.
Trying to make contact to find out their subsupplier to finalise the order from the first part of my order.
Banks have said give them a few days to reply, then if there is no reply they will proceed to recover the money.
Just infuriating that the troubles were known, they could have increased the pricing and got away with it as the units are good quality. However, looks like they have let down so many and leaving several with part complete projects which will take a lot of effort to finalise as finding same colour match etc will not be plain sailing.

My review was about to say very loudly, "AVOID, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" but now I don't need to. I have just learnt the company has gone into administration (according to their website).
I placed my order with Drawer Solutions on the 3rd February and was told my order would be with me in about a week. The order didn't arrive and after 2 weeks I began to chase the company (speaking to them on the phone and by email). I was repeatedly told my order was being processed and was due to be sent to me in a couple of days. Eventually I was given a UPS tracking number and on the 5th March (over 4 weeks later) a package did arrive.
However, this package only included the base and backboards of the drawers. There were no sliders or runners or any of the other drawer assembly parts.
A series of emails and telephone calls followed and I was again repeatedly told the missing parts would be delivered within a day or two. These were lies, pure and simple. They knew there was a problem with the supply of the sliders and runners and rather than be upfront and honest with me they kept spinning me lies and false promises of an imminent delivery date. It was these blatant lies that really upset me. I understand companies get in trouble and have supply issues, but by not being honest about it I could not plan what I was going to do.
Then, about a week ago I received my last email from them promising delivery last Wednesday. Nothing arrived. Since then my emails have not been answered and there is a recorded message saying due that due to "unforeseen circumstances" they were closed. I can now see on their website they have gone into administration.
Unfortunately, I paid for this order (costing me £145) by debit card and so I have no protection. I can't see that I will get any compensation now they have gone into administration (no doubt other creditors - the banks - will have priority). All I'm left with is a dozen pieces of wood which I can't do anything with.
I have learnt two very important lessons:
1. READ COMPANY REVIEWS on sites like Google and Trustpilot. If I had, I would have seen many recent reviews by people who had suffered in exactly the same way I had and it would have been clear something was very wrong with this company.
2. Pay by credit card so at least you have some protection if something like this happens.

Sad to report I ordered and paid for units and drawers on 3rd Dec. I have experienced exactly the same responses as many other customers.
Initial delivery was 2 weeks later than stated and came with damaged parts and no fittings, screws, legs, drawer runners or installation guide.
False promises of delivery came and went. Empty apologies followed
After an exchange of around 30+ e mails - still nothing I now have started legal proceedings and am awaiting the company response within a stated period.

I ordered a bespoke set of 5 internal wardrobe drawers a month ago with a promised lead time of two weeks. They finally arrived today and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Not only are the drawer runners missing but they have mismeasured some of the panels which means that the wardrobe unit is not rectangular but slanted and so completely unusable. I have contacted the company, but emails and the website are saying they are closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I will keep chasing and if I don’t hear by the end of the week will also be starting legal proceedings. Do not touch this company. Such a shame as they offer a product not available anywhere else, but a pile of chipboard on the bedroom floor is not what I ordered!
Feeling scammed and upset.
As like others, I placed an order after lots of emails and I can't fault the advice and he even sent me a door sample.
I was reluctant to pay for the goods via bank transfer but was told it was preferred due to it being a small bespoke order and would save the company banking costs.
I was emailed on Tuesday 12th March to say item ready for dispatch and due for delivery 14th/15th via UPS. Needless to say it didn't arrive and I was disappointed when I tried to call yesterday and there was an answer phone message saying they were closed due to unforseen circumstances. I've since sent 2 emails and an answer phone message.
I didn't have any tracking info but contacted UPS and using my address they couldn't find a shipment due to be delivered to me.
I've obviously been lied to. My bank have been informed and I have to ring them tomorrow if I've not had correspondence from the company. They are hopeful that I can be helped but because I was silly enough to be made to think that a bank transfer was doing Drawer Solutions a favour I have less rights, financially.
I chose the company because they told me they could supply me exactly what I needed and now I feel scammed. I hope I'll hear something from either the person I dealt with or the owner, but not feeling hopeful.
UPDATE 12.12 WEDNESDAY 20 MARCH
received email saying I'm due my delivery in the next couple of days as per previous email. Can't help thinking this won't happen as now the website says they have ceased trading. When I email back I get an auto response reply.

I didn’t and now I’m paying the price. I purchased some drawers to go in a cupboard and I can’t believe it myself on the 25th of October 2018 and I am still waiting for them to send me my parts so I can assemble it!!!!!
It’s the same as all the other reviews you will read great service and gets back to you straight away before you buy and once you’ve paid they disappear.
I’ve got flat pack bits of wood in my bedroom that I wake up to every morning and no way of assembling it because I bought from this ‘company’.
Hundreds of phone calls thousands of emails and when I get a response it’s all lies and empty promises. I’ve been promised 20% refund and my missing parts by Friday for the last month.
They’ve now gone bankrupt and I am left in the lurch like so many others. Gutted!!

Ordered a bespoke set of drawers on 21st Feb with a 10 day lead-in quote and the company were very responsive in my initial queries and payment etc. It's now been 15 days and all contact barring quick emails promising later updates has ceased. Fairly convinced they're accepting too many jobs then are unwilling to admit to delays or realistic completion and delivery schedules which is a poor tactic in the long run as is evidenced by their terrible reviews and the fact that they are seemingly quite responsive then not. If someone from the company reads this, please please let me know if I should expect the drawers early next week or make alternative arrangements as our loft conversion can't complete without them!
Update to review: had an email last night confirming priority dispatch on Monday, with expected delivery Tuesday or Wednesday. Happy to get a response and clearly wouldn't be as disappointed if we do indeed receive the drawers by then and they're as described.
Second update: another week of 'we'll update you later today' and 'we're trying to arrange delivery' and still no drawers. Preposterous business who have now caused me great stress and seem unable to actually provide their purported service. Zero stars.

If I could give no stars, I would. My order itself was hugely delayed, and upon arriving was damaged and unsuitable, plus missing some parts. After explaining that it was not fit for purpose I was promised a refund - I returned the necessary parts, and am still waiting for the refund weeks later. I can only assume at this point that I will not be receiving it at all. I have never experienced such terrible business in my life. Stay well clear.

Having now been waiting 9 and a half weeks for my order I can honestly say this is the worst buying experience I have had.
After 4 weeks of waiting and numerous emails I finely got a tracking number for my order. Great I thought I can finely finish my kitchen but no. Only half my order arrived with one damaged door.
Numerous emails later I get another tracking number 3 weeks later and assurance that my order will be completed. Finally I thought but again no. Only a few bits turned up and most were damaged.
After now speaking th th company director I thought that would be the end of it and everything would be sorted so we mutually agreed a date of 14th of March for a final delivery but as of today, the 13th, I have received no tracking details and my emails are being ignored so I wait with baited breath.
UPDATE
Dissapointed these guys have went out of business as I am left with 2 out of 3 of my order and the last piece damaged so now got to try find something that matches.
Was offered compensation 2 weeks ago but never received.
I feel totally cheated and now have to try get my money back

TERRIBLE SERVICE, ordered 5 drawer units on 14/2/19, with a delivery forecast of 4 days, I contacted them after 20 days, had an email from Steve saying they would be dispatched within the next day or 2. Have now received another email saying they will be dispatched in 2 days, not holding my breath, as it will be 4 weeks this week. Be aware do not use.

Sorry to say I have had a similar experience to Mrs Cross. Long story short, I ordered drawers in December and when they arrived there were no runners. It is now March and still no runners. I have a pile of drawers sitting in the corner of the room that I cannot use and are in the way. I have been assured by the owner that he is now dealing with it but after 2 weeks of him intervening I still have nothing. How long does it take to put the parts in the post??? Terrible service.
UPDATE......
It is now 18th March and we have started court proceedings against them. Do Not touch this company.
