We strongly advise against using this company

Firstly, the items we received were not what we ordered. This has been confirmed by an expert hired by our credit card company. They conducted a thorough report and found that not only were the goods unfit for purpose, but the fitting was also disgraceful. Furthermore, our experience with Oliver was extremely unpleasant. He was rude and very threatening. We strongly advise against using this company - Do your research on prior companies which I did not... sadly!

Oliver was so kind and helpful

Oliver was so kind and helpful. We were able to borrow the carpet sample books to check for colours and then rounded down the quote for us. Installation was a week or so later and was a smooth process. The carpet looks great and we're really pleased with it. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is that the installer re-hung one of the doors too close to the architrave and now it won't close.
