To start, I'm sorry to hear that you're looking to leave our network, however, if you're set on your decision, that's understandable.

If this is to do with mobile, you can request a PAC code via text, just so you can move your number to another provider. Just text PAC to 65075, you will then give this to your new provider to keep your EE number.

Does any one else think that…

Does any one else think that wetherspoons is in financial trouble, I strongly suspect the real reason why they struggle with supplies at the end of the month.
This is usually a tell tale sign that they are, when you struggle to pay month to month, will nit be surprised if not brought out by end of the year or worse, administration.

After waiting for 30 minutes, gave up on my shop due to manager not giving a satisfactory answer to why my Loyalty card was rejected.
I went to Sainsbury's, and gave them my £279 instead.
