I have never experienced such abysmal service in my entire life. This hosting company, is an absolute disaster.

First off, their customer support is non-existent. You might as well be shouting into the void because you'll get the same response – nothing. I've sent countless emails, made numerous phone calls, and even attempted carrier pigeons, but to no avail. It's like they've made it their mission to ignore every single customer query.

As if that weren't bad enough, they have a knack for losing data. Yes, you read that right – losing data! I've had files mysteriously vanish into thin air without so much as an apology from these incompetents. It's a nightmare scenario for anyone who values their online presence and wants reliable hosting.

What's most infuriating is their complete lack of care. It's as if they're running a scam operation and have no intention of providing the service they promise. They'll gladly take your money but don't expect anything in return – not even the basic courtesy of a response.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hosting company. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and inevitable loss of data. There are plenty of other reputable hosting providers out there who actually value their customers and know how to do their job. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

The host is cheap and good but their support is bad x100. You will never get help from them, they don't care about customers. if you don't believe me then buy a server.

I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Slicehosting, and I feel compelled to share my concerns with the community.

From the outset, their customer service was subpar, lacking the responsiveness and care one would expect from a paid service. The level of support provided was terrible, with minimal effort to address my concerns or provide viable support.

One major issue was the misrepresentation of their backup services. Despite assurances, it became apparent that the promised file backups were not being handled as claimed. This not only led to frustration but also put my data at risk, highlighting a breach of trust. And that lead to us losing our months of hardwork to nothing (almost a year).

Moreover, there were instances where misleading information was provided, and it seemed like the company did not value its paying customers. Honesty and transparency are crucial in any business relationship, and unfortunately, Slicehosting fell short on these fronts.

In conclusion, my experience with Slicehosting has been nothing short of disappointing. I would caution potential customers to thoroughly research and consider alternatives before investing in a service that seems to lack the commitment to customer satisfaction.

I worked on a server for 2 month and they got a data setback and said "They have backup" BUT THEY DONT we lost all data when we try to ask for the backup data beacuse we had saved multiple on the server they just closed our ticket and still charged us very bad custumer server very bad owner and very bad company. It is very cheap but it comes with a cost of losing your entire progress

owner is now ddosing people and getting people to spam other hosts after being called out of abusing inons

I contacted the support for a question I had about their servers and they explicitly asked me if I was stupid and to please get out of the server and not hire their services because they don't need stupid customers, they should work on improving the support, I think it's terrible that they treat their customers this way.

Owner uses fraudulent methods to gain his nodes, and has had multiple hosts in the past doing the same, which have all disappeared

Good hosting for Indians as there is a Singapore node. Cause no other hosting provides us with Singapore or Mumbai Nodes, they only provide us with Europe and Germany nodes. I mean most of them do the same.

but I found this pretty good No Lag, Low Ping if you are Indian. Overall it's great hosting.
