Extremely Frustrating and Obstructive Experience

I had an extremely frustrating experience with netcup.de. They made it impossible to place an order, insisting on a government-issued ID for verification. However, after I provided the necessary documentation, they refused to accept it, stating it had to be submitted in a very specific way. This process was overly complicated and unhelpful.

I spent over a week trying to place an order, emailing daily with a representative named Sam, but had no success. To make matters worse, I received an email stating my order was cancelled without any explanation. This has been a colossal waste of time and effort. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
